Awesome Riding Jeans
I had been looking at getting some riding jeans for a while. Safety is very important to me so I need some jeans that are kevlar lined from top to bottom. Draggin' certainly fit that requirement and the Holeshot looked really good from the pictures. They were a little expensive but are supplied with armour whereas some other brands are not.
THE GOOD: The jeans look great and fit really well without the armour installed. They are much cooler that wearing leather trousers and would be great if you're just cruising about or meeting up at the Ace Cafe, Loomies or similar. The jeans are really heavy when you just pick them up compared to normal jeans, but once on it's not noticeable.
THE SLIGHTLY BAD: The Knox armour supplied while well performing, doesn't sit in a great place in the pockets and the edges are quite sharp when putting the jeans on, which is a little annoying. They are supplied with velcro to fix them in place but at the price they are sold at, I would have expected either the pocket to be better fitting to the armour to stop the edge digging in your knee as you put them on, or the the velcro would come preinstalled. The second thing and also armour related is the hip pads are a little uncomfortable, but I have a feeling as I wear the jeans more, they will sort themselves out.
Despite the slight annoyances above I really like the jeans, they are really comfortable generally and look great. Would highly recommend.Simon Huber - Deanshanger
Comfy but not perfect
Bought these as my first leathers. I'm still on a 125 and learning, but wanted to wear something better than jeans.Katja - Bristol
Good got better
I own several helmets, my first being a Caberg Konda which I purchased 3 years ago and was very pleased with it at the time. Having become a motorcycle enthusiast, I felt it was time to upgrade as I use a scooter or motor bike almost every day and need one that fulfills all my requirements. I wanted a flip front helmet that was certified as safe for use in both opened and closed positions. Pin lock double screen for anti fog, quick release chin strap and an option for a Bluetooth device that doesn't look bulky or awkward on the side of the helmet. I love all the gizmos and gadgets. I also wanted a cool looking helmet so I can use it with my CBR600...and look cool. So, functional, up to date and cool. In that order. I've tried lots of different brands in order to find one that suits my head shape. The last thing you need is helmet that hurts your head after an hour or two....like a diesel helmet. Looks nice, but is now a spare passenger helmet....Minh-man Tran - London
