Safe and snug

For may years I have owned Arai, but recently comparing the top of the range helmets I found the Shoei had a more comfortable lining and a much easier visor change. If you are a serious racer a harder wearing lining may be to your taste, but snug and comfort suits me fine. Fit is customisable and ventilation is good as you would expect from a top range helmet. A feature I am yet to get used to is the visor lock, but it is easy to use even with waterproof gloves. It is stable at very high speeds and hopefully none of us will ever need the emergency release cheek pads. All in all, a great helmet IMO. Ask me again if it ever hits the floor!

Great helmet

Needed a new lid to go with the new sportsbike naturally and wanted something to stand out. Well this design looks superb and AGV always fit really well. Little but tight at first but always needs some wearing in. Really light and phonomel quality. The quick release clip is always much better. only issue is theres quite alot of whistle over 70mph. Can't complain at this price!

Top quality, comfortable & quieter than my XR1

Well made crash helmet as expected from a top brand like Shoei. Fit is a little tighter than my old Shoei XR1100, but that helps keep the noise down. With the chin curtain in place, a closed visor can steam up when you're waiting at traffic lights so it's essential to install the Pinlock. Overall, really happy with my purchase.
