Motocross and off-road helmets
Having returned to motorcycling after 3 years I was happy to find Arai helmets were in fit and finish as good as ever. 500 quid for a coloured one made this black one top value. I would never call it plain black as the paint has a deep lustre and sparkle to it.Mark Taylor - Teignmouth
Best helmet ever
I bought this for a BMW off road skills course I was doing and also for a hot weather helmet for a later holiday. The helmet is amazing. I have a Schuberth C3 Pro and this is better than that. It feels quieter somehow. The ventilation on this is second to none, especially the unique visor vents. They really help keep you cool. The visor is ultra quiet as well, no buffeting or vibration. This is a quality lid and the one I go to every time.Anonymous - Darlington

Over the past 40 odd years I have owned lots of different makes and colours of helmets. This is by far the best looking Arai I have owned. It fits really well and looks fantastic. In diamond black with an amazing shine with glitter effect. Even though I have rated it as high as I have, there is 1 small fault. The holes inside from the vents concentrate the air to that point on your scalp and becomes very sore. The way round this was to stick a strip of duck tape over the holes on the inside of the helmet. Very easy to do. Problem solved. Another great feature is the peak removal. Arai supply the side plates to keep the visor in place. Looks great with or without. Hardly any buffering with the peak attached. A superb helmet. The best I have ever owned. Well worth the price.Mark Russell - Rugby
