These jeans are constructed from ARMALITH®, a worldwide patented composite material which is a unique combination of a fibre generally reserved for aerospace and military applications, and a most familiar and comfortable fibre: cotton.

Thanks to this exclusive assembly the result combines all the advantages of jeans: lightness, hydrophility, breath-ability, wash-ability, and additionally the mechanical qualities of leather: non-abrasive, tear and crack resistant, with an exceptional comfort in summer as well as in winter, either on your bike or at work.


Try hanging a 4 ton Hummer (actually please don't!) from a pair of regular Kevlar armoured jeans and you'll see why Esquad are in an entirely different league.

The material used to create these jeans is in fact so strong that gram for gram it offers twice the abrasive resistance as leather. To further increase protection they are also fitted with NOMEX III thermal shielding and removable 3D shock reinforcement padding in the knees and hips. Topped off with reinforced seams if you're serious about looking good as well as being protected, there really is only one choice.
