Helps reduce noise considerably. As the ear plugs are small, they are very easy to misplace.

A very good product with poor instructions. I learnt how best to use the ear plugs by trial and error. By chance, I discovered that if you soak the ear plugs in water, the water fills in the pores of the foam and enables the ear plugs to provide significantly improved levels of noise reduction. An additional benefit is that the water makes the ear plugs less uncomfortable to insert in your ears.
