Great protection but fingers are a little short..., 8 Oct 2009
Plenty of protection and excellent quality but the fingers are a little short. Combined with stiff construction, they may take a little wearing in but initial impressions are good.

Good pair of gloves for all seasons really. I'd been using Spidi WP gloves for several years, and although the sizing on these were a tad smaller than the Spidi's, they wore in with time. XL Spidi does not equal XL Weiss. Also, the inner lining appears a lot smoother and easier to put on. When the Spidi's were a little damp, or my hands were wet from wiping down the bike, I'd have all sorts of trouble fitting my hand inside without separating the inner from the leather outer -- these Weiss gloves have a very smooth inner with an easy action... if that means anything to you. Have yet to try them in the dead of winter but in summer they're not too bad and are not too hot. If they hold up in winter (they certainly feel like they'll do the job) then I would high suggest as an all-year-round pair of gloves.

My hands get very sweaty in the summer and tend to pull the lining out! These gloves would be better for use in winter.
