Q. Are these designed to wear on top of everyday jeans or next to the skin? Do the jeans fit over the boots tops or within them? - 21/10/11
A. The Dynastar jeans can be worn as stand alone jeans or over the top of normal jeans. They can be worn outside of boots provided that the brand of boot is not too bulky at the calf.

Great trousers, apart from scratchy knees, 3 May 2012
The quality of these trousers is really very high. I love the braces - no more pulling up and adjusting my trousers as I get on and off the bike. Completely waterproof so far, and comfortable to wear on the bike. However... I like to remove the thermal lining in my trousers and wear merino wool long johns underneath instead (I find it keeps me warm without getting too sweaty). Something in the knees is scratchy though and I find myself adjusting the trousers as I ride. Despite this, these are without doubt the best trousers I have owned to date, though they did cost a fair amount more.

No problems with the armour . Warm and comfy. Goes over my boots perfectly. Well made product would certainly recommend to others. Hip armour takes a little getting used to, but you soon forget it is there.
