 'Cool' short boot, 14 Aug 2008 I have just bought these for summer riding as I find long leather boots extremely hot and difficult to walk in for any significant distance. I orginally found them very slippery and couldn't keep my feet on the footpegs. However, I think this was due to the mould agent used in their manufacture and after a few hours of riding and walking, now find them to be perfectly non-slip. I have ridden in torrential rain and found them to be very water tight, cool and comfortable. They are quite narrow, which suits me as I seem to have narrow feet!
