Waterproof and warm!
I haven't used this in really cold conditions yet but so far my hands have been a perfect temperature. I have used them in heavy rain and my hands stayed bone dry. Carbon Fibre knuckles are very good and add a beautiful edge to the glove whilst the double leather palm would definitely do a great job in protecting you. For the price especially I would definitely recommend.

Very good in the wet. Not so good if it is hot, you get sweaty hands so the gloves are hard to get off.
