Rev'it Ranger WSP Jacket

Totally worth it

I have worn this in the following configuration -EDZ erino wool base layer -Rev'it Ranger WSP Jacket -EDZ yeti fleece down -KTM Jacket with thermal and rain layer at -1 degrees celsius over Slemish Mountain for an 89 minute midnight ride. It was cold, icy, snowing and there was a howling bitter wind out. This gear kept me going for the 89 minute ride. First of all, I wasn't bulked out as normal with massive thick high street wool layers, and this stuff actually works. Torso was kept safe from the wind as the windstopper works and meant my core was kept warm. I'm on a fully naked bike with no handguards or fairing so I am feeling the full effects of the weather. I wont lie, my hands did get cold with coldkiller under gloves but I was able to keep them active by 'squeezing' the grips every second to get warm blood flow from my torso pumping. Honestly? For every day riding commuting and touring on a proper bike this is an awesome jacket and I'm very pleased with my purchase. It doesn't look too bad off the bike either. Sizing - I got a small, and it fits me well (38"Chest) Unfortunately for me I have long arms and it's not as long in the arm as I'd like it when in the 'race position', but this is a trend with most garments I own so it should't affect you assuming you are proportioned correctly! 5 stars all the way & I feel its more than suitable for British summers (with our notorious weather). I'll be wearing this guy all year round.

Great windblocker!!!

This is a great wind blocker. Brought it as I have a perforated jacket. Works great!!! Nice high neck!!!
