Fixed to the ground with security bolts covered by a non-drill, non-cut rotating cover, once a chain is attached there is no way through it! Just the job, 16 Oct 2010
Bought this product due to reviews I read and I am certainly not disappointed. Like one reviewer said you need a 16mm drill bit to install it. I also bought the Abus platinum chain 140 cm and lock. I sleep easy at night now. Hey and don't forget the guys at Sportsbikeshop they do a great job too. Tony S/Shields

No instructions in the packet - so be extra careful when you're about to whack the stud bolts in to the holes (16mm). Get this wrong and it could ruin your day. Otherwise - once fitted its reassuringly obvious and looks a challenging. Only downside is I'm reluctant to leave it without a lock attached in case of pilferage of the upper cover.

Extremely attractive ground anchor compared to most other products on the market (helps with the neighbours). Certainly does job intended i.e. deterrent. this is my second one, first was in Hackney, East London and bike was never touched. Needs a big drill bit (16mm).
