Product Description
This man made fabric offers many advantages over it's natural predecessors. It offers exceptional insulation qualities and warmth, for very little weight and bulk. It is extremely breathable and quick drying, wicking moisture vapour away from the skin, keeping you comfortable and dry during prolonged activity. Its synthetic fibres have a greater acceptance of dyes and produces a rich lustrous coloured fabric which is durable, hard-wearing and easy to care for. It will withstand repeated washing and, by following the simple care instructions these Neckgators fleece garments should last for many years

Not the best, 8 Jan 2011
Yes this does keep your neck warm, but I found if I wanted to use it over my nose with my helmet on, it didn't matter how tight I made it, it always came loose. Now I use it more for a scarf than anything else to do with my bike.

It is fantastic for keeping you warm. It fits the gap between your jacket and helmet where your neck can get cold and keeps you warm. There's an adjustable toggle to tighten/loosen it for your needs. In cold weather I leave it on when I got off the bike and it acts like a scarf, but it can stretch to keep my nose warm which is great.

Very good product. Not needed to wear a bulky scarf since and my jacket fastens properly at the top now. Warmth to bulk ratio is as it says on the tin, high. Recommend it to others? Definitely!
