Yes, it's a bit time consuming to do up the six bolts, but if you own a set of Allen keys, it's not exactly taxing (no pun intended). Waterproof and smart-looking, it does its job well, and its sturdiness also prevents idiots from ripping it off the bike for a bit of fun, unlike standard, flimsy plastic tax disc holders.

Short in the leg and long in the rump

Waterproof they are, even in biblical downpours; no quibbles there. However, the length of the leg is such that, when sitting on a bike, the trousers don't overlap the boots, so the rain can get straight in at the top of the boot. They are also cut straight at the waist, so whilst the posterior cover is ample, you end up with a lot of trouser rucked up at the front. They may be fine for riding a scooter with an upright rising position, but they're not great when crouched on a bike. Admittedly, the bits of my legs covered by the trousers stayed dry as a bone, and they're easy to get on an off with the press studs. As commented elsewhere, they'd benefit from an extra 2" in the leg.

Excellent quality gear. Does the job.

I was sick and tired of crappy zips on the legs of my last two pairs of waterproof trousers they both broke within weeks of use. When I saw these for sale I ordered a pair and was not disappointed. Good solid feeling "poppers" to close the leg and good quality feel product overall. The previous comment about length does not appear to be an issue for me, and I just top six foot tall.

Very good helmet, Not too much noise when riding at high speeds.

Surprised by the quality. A very nice helmet.

I'd wanted a flip-up lid to replace my shockingly unsafe vintage open face for some time and had spent sometime trying on various makes, including the Shoei, Shark, Caberg and Schubert. And while the quality of my first choice, the Multitec, was not in question, it seemd oddly bulky on my head. Also but maybe not very importantly, the nose (breath) guard on it is too small, leaving most of the wearer's face visible - a bit like the early BMW system flip-ups. The only one I hadn't tried was the Longway, as I have previosuly owned an AGV and wasn't blown away by the comfort. However, with this brilliant website's offer of 30 day return, I thought it was worth a go, so I ordered a Medium and 3 days later it arrived, along with the free helmet cleaning kit. Thanks very much! I was immedietly surprised by the quality feel of the lid, although the flip-up section does creek and grown a bit. This however is only noticable when putting on and taking off the hemet and not on the road. The interior lining is soft and well shaped, with lots of space for my special needs ears and the visor offers a clear, wide view of the road ahead and to the sides. I did feel though that although I've always worn a medium, the AGV seemed very slightly baggy and moved from side to side on my face a little too much. So I ordered a small (knowing of course that I could return one or the other), which also arrived promptly and this was much better - it had that 'tight' feeling across the sides, top and back, without being uncomfortable. I only mention this as if buying, you might consider ordering a size down than usual. On the road the AGV seems fairly quite and draft free, although I've only done around 100 miles in it so far. I also really like the chin strap buckle, the likes of which I haven't seen before. Unlike the 'seatbelt' style which I was never fond of, this ratchet type is very quick to do up and undo and feels very solid. Quite a surpise on such a lowly priced helmet. So in conclusion a really good flip-up helmet, that while maybe doesn't offer the quality of the more expensive high-end options, does offer considerable quality for a third of the price. Recommended.

Haven't used it yet and don't understand the blob of black plastic which comes loose in the box. Disappointed that there aren't any simple instructions, (particularly in relation to the black plastic blob!) but it looks well made and should do the job. A little on the expensive side when you look at what it is made up from.

Bought the Haynes manual to help me prep my GSXR750 for a track day trip to Spain. It's given me the confidence to go where I've feared to tread and I intend doing more in the future. Easy to read (although there is a need to read between the lines at times) and well supported with photographs. Excellent VFM. Service from Sportsbikeshop was good with the book arriving within 2 days of ordering.

Great idea the only fault I found with this product is the on off switch is hard to find, although it is marked on/off the button behind moves and can make it hard to find. Other than that its quick to attach and adds another water proof cover to your ruck sack.
