Good product but could be warmer
- 18 Jan 2012
These are nice gloves and a good fit. I haven't had a chance to test their waterproof abilities yet but I will say that you will definitely need inner gloves and handlemuffs for the minus temperatures. Their insulation properties are not great but they do seem very "breathable" (no sweaty hands). They were pretty comfortable straight away and don't take long to soften up.

Very comfortable and warm, only downside is the knee protectors are a tad low.

More than I expected!

Great jacket - more than I expected for the price! Inner quilted removable lining makes the jacket more than just a summer jacket.

Highly Recommend!

Excellent value for money, fits my hands better than ANY alpine stars offerings, looks good, quality is decent. My biggest worry with a glove of this type was compromising feel through the throttle, I'm happy to report it doesn't feel vague at all.

Excellent Bike Cover
- 18 Jan 2012
This cover is really well made and looks as though it will last a lifetime. I have a Harley Sportster and a Yamaha Thunderace and it fits both of them really well but fits the Thunderace perfectly! Great buy.

Could be much better on compatibility

Well made piece of kit, as you would expect fits well in the helmets, only downside is it doesn't pair with any modern handsets, no blackberry, and no recent iphones...only first generation iphone, just a handful of Motorola's/Nokias/Sony ericssons and 2 samsungs

OUTSTANDING!

Lovely warm and very comfortable socks, nice and thick, and they support your ankles too and they come right up to the knee, they will actually go over the knee but no point in doing that I suppose. If you haven't got them yet they are a must buy, whether motorcycling or just walking in the cold, or even just lazing about the house on a cold winters day.

Very poor product
- 17 Jan 2012
When put on they fit just right, however, after wearing for just 2 short trips to work and back all the seams have started popping open, the material itself is warm and comfortable but due to movement of the fingers to change gear/break etc. the seams have just given, poor stitching the problem? not at all happy and now I have cold hand again!

Could Be Better
- 17 Jan 2012
It is extremely tight despite being one size fits all, it claims to prevent visor misting, but due to the poor fit and tightness, it makes misting a lot worse. I have a medium head/helmet so I find it strange that it is so tight, as someone with a larger head wouldnt even be able to fasten it. Finally it leaves large red marks under the eyes due to the tightness. Could have been so much better but is let down by being so small.

For the money little can be faulted with this product. It is, however, a little snug on me and although I am a big lad, I'm not that big but I still use it quite happily.

Now I only need these wonderful gloves
- 17 Jan 2012
I wanted to get these gloves last winter but could not commit myself into the purchase as was not sure if the gloves will allow to control the bike as well as regular gloves. Besides, there was just one review and I decided to give it time until somebody else reviews them. It appears somebody else is me. Just wish my review will help you to decide towards these lovely gloves. They are of a very good quality, very light, comfortable to wear. The 3 finger design does do the job and they do work to keep the cold away. I tested them when riding 15 miles in the night at -2C. Normally for such a cold weather I would wear 5finger winter gloves with another pair of thermal inner gloves and would still arrive home with "no fingers". Now I only need these wonderful gloves and there is no need for inner ones. Also, they do not restrict control of the bike. I did not try them in the wet and can not comment on their waterproof quality. I am also very happy with the Sportsbikeshop service. That was my first business with them and from now on I am their customer. Thanks. Hope this helps.

Great Glove
- 17 Jan 2012
Bought the large pair because of the recent cold weather and honestly it will not prevent 40mph speeds on the bike anything below 5 degrees C will have your fingers numbing, overall the feel and look is perfect. Ideal wear would be for mild temperature 12 degrees and up.
