Customer Reviews for RST Thermotech Heated Glove - Black
Best buy heated gloves
I bought these on personal recommendation and after reading reviews, after looking at a few alternatives. Not disappointing. They're not too bulky and allow you to retain enough feeling of the controls whilst benefiting from the 'Ready Brek' feeling of inner glow. Actually I bought 2 pairs - 1 for my pillion.Read more
Not cold but not hot
So they stop my hands from going numb but don't keep them hot like my Gerbing heated gloves did (note those gloves broke at the first sight of rain!) I haven't ridden in - temperatures yet but they have been more than adequate at 4/5 degrees. The inner lining can be a little annoying when putting the gloves on, especially if your hand are slightly wet. However overall they do what they set out to do. They stop my hand from going numb and keep them warm which is all I can really ask for in the winter. Its also nice not having any wires attached. Good but not great!!Read more
Comfy and warm. They are quite bulky however so I do struggle a bit having very small hands. But worth it to avoid the frostbite! Have yet to test their waterproof ability.Read more
No more cold hands

Hit and a miss
Okay so here goes, these are quite expensive gloves and for someone who rides who suffers from extremely cold hands they really should be a God send. However I have to say that although sometimes they work really well and your hands feel great, they also seem to break down intermittently. I have decided to persevere with them because the conditions I'm riding in are pretty cold just know. At -4 with wind chill factor as well today I ended up with one mildly warm hand and one freezing cold hand. Sorry Sportsbikeshop, this is my first purchase from you that I have not been 100% delighted with.Read more
Great product and service
E-mailed for advice and received a really quick response. Put the order in and again quickly delivered. Gloves are fantastic, just what I wanted but the service I received from Sportsbikeshop was exceptional and will influence my next product purchase. Thanks.Read more
Really happy with them
Having tried every liner/winter glove combination with no luck I thought it was time to try some heated gloves. I didn't want to be plugged in to the bike as I only ride for 'fun' nowadays (if I still commuted I'd have the vest, the works!). I've tried them at around 5 degrees so far and the middle setting was toasty. They feel really great and just about worth the money if you suffer on a naked bike like I was. They are bulky and a little cumbersome but I can use the controls OK and they break in bit too. The first pair I received, one of the gloves wouldn't heat up but SBS were excellent as usual and replaced them immediately.Read more
Warm hands finally
Tried all sorts, ski gloves, handlebar muffs, etc waste of time. These are good, but as usual buy two sizes bigger, and don't put on with wet hands as liner gets twisted about. Overall I think these are the best for warm hands. Also I've bought spare batteries in case I need em, 1 1/2 hr journey haven't needed spare ones yet.Read more
Good motorbike gift
Bought for a veteran rider with a classic bike he uses in winter. Well made, good quality gloves and the heating elements seem to work very well. Guessed medium for a 5'8 inch slim rider and they fitted well.Read more
Great winter warmer
Bought these gloves as a birthday surprise for my kid brother. He was over the moon with them - they produce a good level of heat on all 3 settings. Excellent delivery service - would definitely use this company again.Read more

It's no wonder that the RST motorcycle clothing range is now one of the most popular ranges of bike kit in the UK. Their continued investment in racing, with a particular focus on BSB, has meant a constant development of product, which has translated directly to their road range. With the help of some of the biggest names in the BSB paddock, such as Tommy Hill, John Kirkham and Stuart Easton, RST have pushed the boundaries of what can be delivered through a brand that remains amazingly good value for money.
It also helps that the Derbyshire based design team are passionate about what they do; rigorously testing all RST clothing themselves. The team insist on riding all year round, despite the British weather, in order to put the RST textile range through its paces, and the fact that the team are keen track day enthusiasts, provides helpful real world testing of the RST leather range too. Their continued passion for design and innovation is highly apparent in this year's range and when you add to the mix the constant stream of positive feedback from our customers, it's easy to see why we have always covered the entire range of RST motorcycle clothing, and will continue to do so.
