Draggin Aramid Jeans
The worlds strongest fibre, aramid and Dyneema mix
The Draggin jeans lining represents a revolution in fibre technology. With aramid and Dyneema, the World's strongest fibre, forming its core, the lining is soft, breathable, flexible and non-allergenic. Hugely superior to basic woven or knitted aramid alternatives. Draggin jeans takes advantage of Dyneema's amazing strength to weight ratio to deliver unrivalled safety, resilience and comfort.
Really nice quality jeans. Super expensive. Reason for low score: did not get on with the fit. I am 34/34 and slim build, and these make me look like I stole them from the washing line of a complete stranger. The material swims around my waist and thighs and spills over my boots unless I haul them around my middle like Oliver Hardy. The Resurgence Voyager jeans I bought last year feel better tailored to riders of a less overtly American stature, and the system by which the protectors are held in place is also superior on the Resurgence, making them easier to routine clean. Downside to the Resurgence brand is that they shrink unacceptably after the first go round in the washing machine and, unlike Draggin, are of completely unknown provenance. The www site hides the true origin of the brand (e.g. we don't know who the actual manufacturer is), and in addition I've not come off wearing them so don't even know if the Pekev material they rabbit about really works. What to do.Read more
Excellent Riding Jeans
I was looking for a stylish, comfortable pair of good quality riding jeans with great protection. The jeans tick all the boxes. The sizes were spot on, and the movement is excellent and they do not look out of please when off the bike. Highly recommend.Read more
Great jeans sizing is tight
Great pair of jeans as you would expect from draggin... they look great on and feel like a normal pair of jeans. The Aramid fibre lining is soft on the skin so no itch problems have been noticed and they have been worn for all day riding with no discomfort at all. One thing to note is the sizing the size purchased for my wife were size 8 and my wife is literally just about a size 8 and they fit her very well so I would assume it may be worth ordering a size larger just in case as sportsbikeshop will allow you to return and change them if they don't fit and the leg length is more than adequate I bought boot cut and the leg length does take into account the extra needed when sat on a bike and the Jean leg generally rises up your calves. They are a little pricey BUT the cut fit quality look and thought that has gone into these jeans make them worth the extra .....Read more
