Excellent helmet, perfect price

I wanted a flip up helmet but some are so heavy or expensive. Having read the reviews I thought I would give this one a try, really pleased that I have. I ordered xs and it fits perfectly, easy to flip up and down and internal visor is a must, so I am really happy with it.

Impressed so far

First time I have bought a helmet outside of Aria or Shoei and I have to say I am pleasantly impressed. Riding motorbikes for the NHS I needed a white ACU approved flip helmet and I have used this in a night shift where I encountered mist, temp variation between-0.5 to 2 degrees as well as sleet and rain and it handled everything, the air flow vents work well the visor is nice and wide (I did use a pinlock visor on the original visor) and the fit was perfect as well as the easy flip up system so very pleased so far

For a SHARP 4* rated helmet , you will struggle to find a better value helmet anywhere . All the features of helmets 4times the price .

Perfect mid-range helmet

A fantastic helmet for the price, comfortable and not too heavy. The ear piece cut outs are great for the Bluetooth intercom, fairly quiet but not the quietest. So happy with it I bought one for my partner too

Lovely flip top

This is my third HJC ISmax 2 helmet. It fits well and wind noise at a minimum. Easy flip up, sun shade effective and vents work well.

Excellent quality and style

Sports Bike Shop provide an excellent service. Free deliveries and returns, 365 day policy. It's exceptionally good service. The HHC helmet is excellent. The Max 2 flip-face is ideal for touring and commuting. I've two of these helmets now, offers great features and excellent quality. Light weight and also lots of replacement parts should you wish to change the sun visor etc.

  • Is there room in the Helmet to fit speakers. On my last HJC helmet a IS 17 I had to scoop the foam out at the side so that the packtalk speakers wouldn't put pressure on my ears.
