Needs a revision!
The gloves are wicked don't get me wrong but there are small things that could be improved on to make them so much more practical, for example the plugs from the gloves are a pain in the ass to have dangling out or uncomfortable to have tucked in the neck of glove, why are they not thin smooth magnet connectors. I've already had these connectors fail after 6 months of use, luckily Sportsbikeshop are great with handling genuine returns and sent me a new pair. Also the plug that goes from the battery should be coiled to allow for bumps in the road, I have to have cable bunched by my nuts to make sure it doesn't unplug, yes its happened before. The actual power button isn't great either as if you want to change the heat setting on the move its next to impossible to know when you've clicked the button, good luck at trying to look at the colour indicator when riding! All being said though they are good gloves, just makes me sad to think how much better they could be...

As others have said Gerbing sizing is a bit of a challenge, I wear large in Weiss and Richa so ordered these in the same size ... far to tight, I couldn't bend my fingers. As always great service from Sportsbikeshop, they held a pair of XL paid for return and redelivery all within the week. The replacement gloves keep my fingers warm so I don't get the symptoms of Raynaud's i.e. numb tingling fingers The only criticism is, whilst the XL fit the palm and I can bend my fingers the fingers are too long for me especially the little finger on the left that catches on the clutch lever; I have to use the lever with 3 fingers and keep the 4th out of the way. Little problem to be able to ride pain free

As with all Gerbing products, excellent glove. Take note of warnings to go up a size from your normal.. Fits well under sleeve of my outer jacket. I have heated Gerbing jacket so an easy connect to wire fitted to jacket sleeves. In my case the heat controller that accompanies gloves is redundant as I have a double controller already.

These gloves are fantastic. Well built with enough insulation most people might not even turn the heating on. When you do turn them on, they heat up quickly. Size wise, im normally a medium, but after reading reviews that said they are on the small size, I went for large. It was the right choice, as even the large are a snug fit. I only have two issues with them. One is that they are quite stiff because of all the insulation, hopefully that should ease off with use. The second is that although these are a short cuff, they are not that short. The wrist part is too bulky to wear under my jacket sleeve and I have to wear it over the outside. Its only a minor thing because at the end of the day they keep my hands warm enough to ride in low temperatures and riding is what its all about.

These have to be the best heated gloves I've had. There are a couple of things which could be better like cable location which Simone mentioned before in a review. It just get in the way. Also on the main website you are told to go one size up. Which I did, please note this is rubbish order your size not bigger as I did, I could do with the next size down MY SIZE. Would I recommend these? Test I would, using the battery pack would make these much easier to use, however, this is very expensive.

Seem to work fine. Bit awkward and fiddly to set up, but nothing cant be sorted. Cable a bit short as battery at front of bike, had to buy extension cable for extra £10. But no more white fingers !!

Bought these for my girl friend who suffers from white finger and her hands go numb. She rides her own bike and has to stop every 30 minutes to get circulation back. We bought the heated jacket and that is amazing so now she has the gloves she glows at the end of the journey saying this is the best kit she ever bought. Thanks to sportsbikeshop they made it affordable and delivery was quick

I've heard so many bad stories and reviews on heated gloves but after using these I'm blown away how good they are compared to heated grips. The gloves themselves are really comfortable and the heat settings are perfect, the only downside is trying to run the cable around your jacket without it hanging out of your sleeves and over the side the bike. Apart from that their great and would recommend these as a better alternative to heated grips

Certainly listening to your audience's opinion is a good thing. Invariably, having a solid plan to implement change is essential, otherwise there is a high chance of it all going terribly wrong. Sounds familiar?... I had a 2017 pair of this same model of Gerbing heated gloves. They were warm, sturdy, true to size, and although a little faffy to connect, a great pair of gloves that did their job. One sad day last December though, a fox got to one of the gloves and that was the end of a great relationship. I ran to the internet to have glove perfection immediately replaced and bought the above. These are the no salt version of butters, the pea to my Princess sleep, a sock sliding to the front of your foot feeling. There was no mention of changes or alterations to design, but what I received was an ok pair of gloves in a box of disappointment. Upon calling Gerbing to ask whether my pair of gloves was defective or my smarts were not smarting, a very kind and sympathetic man explained to me that 'because Gerbing does listen to their clients, we have changed the design of the gloves'. 'Excellent!' I thought. The previous gloves had a short zipper inside, in the lining, where you could recoil the cable that connects to the harness when not in use. Apparently there were 'at least ten people' (said Gerbing representative claims) who never mastered the art of getting their mittens on who have complained they are scarred by said zippers, and therefore they should be deemed dangerous and removed. Diligently, Gerbing went onto removing any trace of life-threatening glove details and now the cables freely hang out of the gloves, flowing in the wind, getting stuck between your fingers, hitting your visor as you open or close it, threatening to wrap itself around your brake lever, and generally getting up to no good after finding itself freed from the evil zipper. I wonder how many returns and complaints they will have now that the connectors' ends are permanently exposed to rain, sunshine, wind, dirt and the accidental beer spillage down the pub. To make up for this great inconvenience, Gerbing has added a much demanded visor wiper blade. You'll find it neatly placed along your left hand thumb, reminding you of how annoying that loose cable is every time you wipe your visor and hit yourself in the chin with the chunky connector end. Thankfully, I still had the old gloves and my grandmother taught me a few things, so I removed a patch of the liner, deadly zipper included, and stitched it to the new ones. I did change its positioning from the original 2017 glove: it now runs parallel to the cuff's seam, rather than longitudinally over the top of your middle finger. It's called functional design upgrade or as my grandmother would call it, 'better'. I'd ask Gerbing to correct their design before you purchase these, and I would have returned them if I didn't have a way to correct it. You can't fix something that isn't perfect by making it worse. The zipper was not the problem albeit its positioning might have been less than ideal. These have been made annoying to say the least, and dangerous when jokes aside. A month ago I would have recommended them, today I say keep away unless you are going to connect them to the harness every time you put them on.

I have bought countless gloves over the years but always suffer cold hands but these have changed all that. Really happy with them originally bought the longer ones but found them too bulky, Sportsbikeshop changed them over no problem.
