Fair jacket fair price

Was a bit wary when I seen the price but it does exactly as it says on the tin, quite heavily armoured on the arms and waterproof - hopefully I never get to see or feel the armour. Slight downside it's a bit draughty from the neck down without a face scarf on. Good buy tho for the price. 8/10

Feel great quality and comfortable. Not waterproof tested. Make sure you can get the back support as it has to have Velcro on it to stay in place.

Fantastic Jacket From Oxford

Got this jacket based on the reviews. For £59.99 you cant go wrong. Very good quality jacket. I'm a size 43.5 inch chest. Ordered the 2xl and fits perfectly. A small bit of room of I want to wear something underneath. I would definitely recommend this jacket if you are on a budget.

It's a win win situation!

I bought the Oxford Toledo 1.0 because it was within my budget and put simply, ticked all my boxes. Obviously, like many of us I was interested read both rider and shop reviews to get as much information about the jacket before parting with my cash to be confident I was getting a decent return and hopefully long usage too! Price wise, I paid £57.99 (in the 50% SALE). rrp £119.99. I also opted for the recommended back protector for the jacket and paid £16.99 for that. So, £74.98 and free shipping later it arrived when they said it should and delivered to my work address which meant not standing in a long queue at the post office collection depot or having someone lift it from my home address whilst I was at work! The jacket arrived very professionally wrapped up and was on a tough coat hanger too which was handy as my hangers are rubbish for supporting the weight of a heavy jacket like this. So that was appreciated too???? I opted for the XL size as I know I have put on a few pounds. But I measured my chest and came in at just over 44" inches. I was going to order a Large but several rider reviews stated and advised to order one size up from your normal size as they came up a bit tight so we did. Everyone was right! It fitted beautifully and left me enough room to wear an extra lightweight layer if I needed. Without, it's very comfortable and still fits very well in all areas. My first impression when I opened the package was wow! It definitely felt heavier and the quality feel and toughness was instantly confirmed. It also is so much better than in the photos you view online. The jacket is easy putting on / taking off and the elbow, shoulders and back protection is definitely obvious. As I have already said, the jacket is comfortable and has the zip out thermal lining which I will remove when the temperatures improve in the warmer months. It is definitely waterproof and wind proof which is a plus point. I was sceptical at the price wether it would stand up to heavy rain for reasonable time riding 7 miles to work in the wet stuff and it does it very well indeed. There are good ventilation points which when unzipped allow air to flow through nicely without the jacket inflating like an air bed . So, that's good too! Would I recommend this jacket? I think my review says it really!

Great Jacket

This jacket is excellent value at full price got it with 50% off. fit is good, full liner removable vents have stud to hold them open for good ventilation. Sportsbikeshop give great service again.

Very good quality jacket

Ordered size XL (44inch). My chest is 43.3 inch and waist 36 inch. Jacket felt a little bit tight for me in the arms and back so I sold it and ordered size 2XL (46inch). Now the jacket doesn't sit so tight on and feels more comfortable. I would recommend to order one size larger as usual.

Amazing value

I really like this jacket, it looks a lot better than some textile jackets, and fits perfectly. great value for what you get. plenty of pockets and great for everyday riding.
