Really pleased with my heated gloves. First pair developed a fault but only in the mains plug not the actual gloves themselves. Return swiftly organised, fault found and gloves were back with me in a very speedy time frame. All seems good now and I've toasty hands..

1st pair of gloves developed a fault but replaced as per SBS normal superb service, 2nd pair have now been used in temps down to - 2 on commute to work on low setting in conjuction with my heated grips battery life around 6hrs
