Ordered online to try on in-store which is an Excellent and great service from the very helpful staff at Boston..Even got a cup of complimentary Coffee and an unexpected discount off the price, as when I arrived I'd been caught in a torrential downpour in Sandringham and was a tad damp lol ..The gloves are great quality and a good value product for money..5***** keep up the good work .
A very comfortable pair of gloves for the hotter days of the year. Very breathable thanks to the mesh material which means they won't hold off any rain, but that's a welcome trade-off to avoid sweaty hands. The gloves were comfortable right away and didn't require any wearing in. Very happy so far and would definitely buy again!
All the quality you expect from a Revit product, well made really comfortable and easy on and off, nice cooling gloves for summer riding, did ninety plus miles to the ABR and back, no issues
Great summer touring gloves ! Second purchase of these now and very happy
Another well made product from these guys. Very comfortable once broken in and they look very smart. Good feedback through the material
I bought these gloves nearly 2 years ago for summer trail riding. I wanted something that would give me a bit more protection on the tarmac, before I get to the trails.
The fit is true to the size and the mesh panels provide very good ventilation. The finishing quality is good and in my opinion the gloves look pretty nice.
One thing that I've had some issues with is the plastic knuckle protection. When I'm sitting down, I can hardly feel it (which is great) however, when I stand up (for off-road riding) the edge of the plastic knuckle protector digs into my fingers. It is not too bad for a couple of hours, but after a whole day of trail riding, it was quite annoying.
So if you are considering using these off-road standing up, bear that in mind.
Overall, these are great gloves but with some compromises.
I bought these gloves for a forthcoming tour down to Turkey but was able to test them in 35 deg C temperatures during the recent heatwave. They performed perfectly and were immediately comfortable without the need to break them in. I've always worn Alpinestars and the sizing is identical but the quality for this type of glove at this price point is amazing. Well done Revit - best gloves I've ever owned!
I really like the mix of fabric and leather. My hands are cold almost permanently so some may find these too warm for a summer glove. For me they are a good compromise.
Good quality and a good fit at a reasonable price point. I am very happy with the purchase and the high standard of Sportsbikeshop service.
Great quality fair weather glove.
Tight to squeeze on but once on they fit fine. May stretch over time for easier donning.
I do prefer a tighter fit glove more so than clunky gauntlet types.
As always great service/delivery from Sportsbikeshop.
These gloves performed very well in 35 deg C heat. Very comfortable fit, I did not have to break them in. I didn't have any pressure point at the stitches, which happened to me before with other gloves. They are snug fit, but still comfortable to ride in them all day. Quality is very good as well. Fantastic value for money.
Bought these after trying on dozens of different gloves of all styles and manufacturers, these fitted my wide palms nicely and allowed for longer , thicker fingers. Stayed cool on longer rides and easy to slip on and off.
Great quality and great feel. I was in between sizes so went up given the notes I'd seen on other reviews and they fit well.
Perfect summer gloves
Heart glove buy them as a tight fit the givecafter only a few times wearing and do work on the touch screen good summer glove
I'm riding a GS with hand guards, so I can get away with wearing ventilated gloves almost all year. Previously using Dainese 'Desert Poon' gloves which are just a bit too lightweight and I think would vaporise in an off.
These Dirt 3 have all leather palms with 3D mesh ventilation in the backs. The fit (medium) is snug, but after just a couple of rides, they're becoming like a second skin. The leather is giving just a little. Hands & fingers have sufficient dexterity to use the phone and type etc without taking them off. I can see that within a week or two they'll be my favourite glove because of fit. But they also offer decent protection. I also think they look good, if s glove can :)
4 stars because I returned the first pair due to a QC problem. Odd thumb on one glove. SBS fixed instantly. New pair perfect.
Needed new summer gloves and liked the look of these. The fit is perfect, comfortable and don't need braking in. They feel very robust with loads of protection.
I definitely needed a new pair of warm weather gloves and after a lot of research I had got it down to between two different pairs. It was going to either be these or Alpinestars Celer v2's. Both were similarly priced with similar features etc.
I wanted to try them on before deciding and so reserved them both at the Milton Keynes branch. Straight away I knew I was buying the Revit's. Fitted better and seemed ever so slightly better quality.
I have since used them for around 600 miles and can not fault them. Comfortable, cooling, I can use touchscreens perfectly and they do seem very good quality.
I would recommend the gloves and the service from Sportsbikeshop was top notch!!
