Customer Reviews for TomTom Sat-Nav - Rider 50
Glad I bought it.
First satnav so I'm no expert. Bought this mainly to pre plot routes on back roads so I don't have to keep stopping to navigate. It does that job so much better than using my phone and bits of paper.Read more
SportsbikeShop really excelled themselves, great service and as always TomTom.... a superb product. Many thanks.Read more
Next day delivery from SBS. This is their usual super service. Getting to grips with the TomTom 50 and find it very good. Will use it for normal routing rather than the hilly/twisty fun routes. Rather quiet in the helmet earphones when moving at any reasonable speed but at least it is visible.Read more
Ideal for what I need. So easy to fit and set up. Well worth the money in my opinion.Read more
Does what it says.
Once again I bought this after reading the reviews and also at a very good price from Sportsbike shop. It is a sat nav and it does just that, well. It is easy to set up, the only thing for me is that my bike does not have a normal cigarette lighter connection so I have wired it directly to the battery. A clever trick is that it can be set to cope with light gloves and also thicker winter gloves if that's your thing.Read more
Tomtom Rider 50
A very good price for a great sat nav. Easy to use and although unable tp mount it on my Honda VFR800 I could put it in the clear compartment on my tank bag. It has a handy USB you can plug into or charge. Directions very clear and user-friendly and extras very useful too.Read more
Great little piece of kit. : )
Superb fitting (RAM) which is very easy to sort. The SatNav is strong and works very well. Good battery life too if needed. The only area for improvement (nit picking really) is the instruction book but it doesn't detract from the kit.Read more
Fantastic service again from subs, item great quality that work exactly how I wanted it to perform.Read more
I need my glasses
It's a well build unit feeling very solid, every thing works well but I was expecting more customisable options for the display because some of the info is very small which being short sighted is problematic for me. The TomTom on my phone has a large directional arrow not found on this device. Overall though I'm pleased with it and I recommend buying from sports bike shop.Read more
