It's ok
First proper expensive helmet I've bought. Got to say a little disappointed. Not as good a fit as my trusty HJC mago F70. Find it quite noisy too. Apart from that it's ok. It is a good looking helmet though and it's nice and light.

My last helmet was a Shoei GT air and I was a little unsure whether I would miss the fit and feel. I needn't have worried. Perfect sizing and fit even with my intercom installed. Small and compact but comfy and safe . What's not to like ?

Excellent fit. Well built as you'd expect from Shoei. I bought a medium and it fits nice and snug, much better than the Bell I owned prior. Love the colour, the photos dont show how well the gloss finish pops in person.

Clean looks, top of the line build and safety - Shoei were never going to make compromises to safety just to make a good looking, retro-inspired helmet. The Glamster manages to blend form and function and throws great fit into the mix too. My ideal lid.

If you're looking for a top quality retro looking helmet look no further. Super comfy, lightweight with simple styling that was exactly what I was looking for. Double D lock, room for intercom speakers inside (just). No sun visor or other frills. I don't even notice I'm wearing it.

Top quality finish and confort (fit) as expected from a brand like Shoei. However I found it a bit noisier. Just to put it in a perspective (a personal comparison), it's a little better than the Bullit, but as noisy as the RX7 Corsair helmets (with lots of vents) I used to ride when on sportsbike scene, so for me, not as quiet as expected.

The new Glamster (lets Ignore the name) is a quality helmet which looks the part in our modern world, I chose the grey colour and it looks amazing in the sunshine. Safety and quality you would expect from Shoei. Very pleased.
