Customer Reviews for Shark Sharktooth Bluetooth Headset
Great product, very simple to fit, just watch the video first on YouTube by Shark. Slots in helmet made for system means no pressure on your ears. Battery hidden in slot at back of helmet means the operation unit is very slim and not very noticeable unlike other systems on the side of the helmet. Sound very good, simple connection to GPS / Phone. Overall excellent product as I are the Shark Evo One 2 helmet.Read more
Very good Comms
This is better than my Scala Rider QZ by a mile.Read more
Works a real treat
I don't have a Shark helmet, but I have managed very easily to fit this into my open face helmet. There is plenty of wire so you can get a really good position for the various components, which all attach snugly. The control unit is nice and small and rubberised, so it is weather proof and very easy to operate with a gloved hand. I use mine for music, Sat-Nav and find the speakers clear and loud.Read more
Fits very neatly
Good compact headset. Fits helmet but very quiet and does not include FM radio, very expensive for what it offers. Does integrate well with helmet and fits very neatly and is unobtrusive.Read more
Good product which was easy to fit into my Sharktooth ready helmet, you don't even know it's there. I only really use mine for music but have tried phone calls which is fine at slower speeds but at 50/60mph it's a bit harder to hear. Music quality is good and it's easy to pair with any Bluetooth device, Sat-Nav works well with it too and the battery life seems good too, would recommend to a friend for sure.Read more
I have given this 5 stars as it is a great product, BUT, this is my second one. You can't buy spares for it, the mic is only held together with 2 small plastic like pincers that are very flimsy. Hence after 2 years the the plastic attachments broke and is now somewhere down the A27 near Southampton, so I had to buy a whole new set.Read more
Superb bit of kit
I've not owned any other bluetooth comms system as I have only ever owned Shark helmets. Like others have said, the areas within the helmet to place the speakers can be vastly misleading unless your ears/head are very strangely shaped. Take a bit of time to work out where to best place them and you get a piece of kit that is very well made and thought out. Calls are clear as is the connection to my Satnav. There is sometimes an issue hearing calls at high motorway speeds. The battery life is excellent as well and the product is a doddle to use.Read more
The Sharktooth integrates well in to the Shark Vision R series 2, and after some fiddling around with the speaker position it is comfortable and provides good sound quality. It is audible at most speeds with earplugs, and is simple to control. It is much better than the more expensive Scala Rider that I used with my last helmet.Read more
Value for money
Do not fit speakers in eps cutouts! Better placement is just above straps. Lower volume than expected but overall very pleased!Read more
Perfect - better than expected
The Sharktooth is fits perfectly in to my Shark helmet as you would expect but the sound quality and clarity of voice, both send & received, was far better than expected. Product buttons work well even with gloves. All in all a wonderful product.Read more
