Customer Product Reviews

Comfy after you've stretched them in
When they came I first thought they were not the right size I ordered, because they come with the EU size on them and not the UK was it inch size. After double checking they were the right size, but felt REALLY tight. As with all jeans though, after you've worn them for a few hours and sat around the house, they do stretch in and are really comfortable while on the bike. If you have a larger waist, you will end up with really long trousers, but you can just roll them up at the bottom. While standing the knee pads are below the knee caps on me, but when I sit on my bike, they ride up to be exactly on my knees where they should be. The material seems very tough, but is also very soft and stretchy, so very comfortable. Best thing of all, you definitely can't tell they are armoured jeans when you are just walking about in them. Overall very happy with them.
Great Jeans
Really nice comfortable riding jeans that you could wear off the bike no problem, fit true to size which in my case is small size 30. Came with hip armour as well as knee both of which are unobtrusive when on. They do come very long so I'd say you definitely will need to get them taken up. Well worth the money.
Great bike jeans
The sizing is totally off, I had to go a couple of sizes up but once I got it right, these are really best pair of bike jeans I had in years. With next day delivery and free returns it was quite easy to exchange the jeans. Well done sportsmanship as usual great customer service even in the age of Covid, great customer service!
At last. Long legged jeans that look good
Quality seems good. Weight is similar to a decent standard denim. I ordered a size bigger than usual but still find them a little slim on my thighs - I don't consider myself as having huge legs but find this a problem with some brands. Wide enough at the bottom to go over my boots and at last a pair with a long leg that don't ride up. Mine measure 34". They actually look like a nice pair of jeans. Armour much smaller than in my last pair but in fairness it's a balance between looks and safety. All in all I'm over the moon to find some that are long enough, are the right weight, look like decent jeans and fit over my boots. Result!!
Good fit and quality
These are my first pair of jeans and am very happy with them. I am normally a size 33/34 and went for the XL. They sit a little loose on the waist so a belt is needed but a comfortable fit around the hips with the armour fitted. The leg length is long but I prefer that as I normally buy 34 inside leg length jeans, these appear to be a little longer than that. The build quality appears to be good, time will tell, and they are very comfortable. The colour is as per the picture, similar to a one wash Jean. The armour is comfortable, flexible and fairly unnoticeable so could be worn when not in bike without anybody really noticing they are bike jeans.
Good fit, very comfy
I normally take a 34 waist, went for the Large and the fit was a little snug but not uncomfortable. Legs are on the long side but loose enough to go over sport boots. Quality seems fine, have only used for a couple of weeks so time will tell!
Cracking jeans I've tested well
Smart, well fitting jeans (although a bit tight so suggest order next waist size up) which look just like regular jeans and are just as comfortable. I was knocked off my bike 9 month ago wearing these.. pretty low speed shiny but broke thumb and buggered my knee but the jeans worked great and I had no rips all the way through and no gravel rash! Ambulance crew even had a little struggle cutting them off with the scissors which again shows they're fairly tough. All in all, great pair of jeans for this price ????????
Excellent jeans
Love these jeans, second pair I've had, really good quality for the price. The waist is true to size but if you've got short legs like me they will probably need taking up. I don't mind they're worth it. Excellent first class service from SBS.
Just like normal top quality jeans
They look good, they feel tough, the knee armour is adjustable, they fit really well. What more do you want? I take a 32 waist normally, but the Large size was best for me, although like most of the bike jeans, they are very long in the leg - 34" I'd say. No regrets at all.
Buy them, go on you know you want to
Like most European manufacturers the sizes have to be carefully judged as they are typically smaller. The XL which is a 36 inch waist is snug around the arse. I am 6' and 15st 11. The length of the jeans is longer than I am used to and the position of the CE protection needed adjusting. However if you are using strap on knee protectors then you have nothing to worry about.
Fit a lot smaller
Pretty decent for a relatively cheap pair of motorcycle jeans. Don't have the quality of Richmond/Resurgence more expensive pairs, but are good enough. Only downside is that they fit much smaller than the size guide. I ended up with a size smaller than these in the Richmond jeans, and the Furygan ones a size bigger I couldn't even do up. Should probably cut down on the burgers. But order a size (or two) up nonetheless.
