Buffalo Storm WP Gloves - Black / Red
Customer Product Reviews
Overall not bad gloves.
So far I'm impressed with these gloves, they're a good quality. The materials used are of a good standard, they're warm and so far waterproof. My only issue is the shape of the top of the glove, it's only a small issue. The front of the top part of the glove is quite awkward to get under the sleeve of my jacket. One is easy, but when I have one on the other can be quite tricky. Other than that I'm impressed and would definitely buy some more when needed.
Warm hands at last
I contacted SPORTSBIKESHOP with an urgent request for a new pair of warm and waterproof gloves as I am a Blood Biker and out in some poor weather conditions at the moment. Cold hands are not an option and these certainly protect me against that. Although they are a 3XL, they are a little tight than expected but I am sure that they will give the more that they are used. They arrived inside 24 hours and I am extremely happy with yet another super service from SPORTBIKESHOP. Thank You
Great glove at a great price
Ticked all the boxes for me considering I had to buy all of my bike gear at once. The only downside was that I think they were a little too tight and slightly cut off circulation while riding so I bought larger RST ones later on. However, I sometimes get the same feeling with my new gloves so it could be my riding position, jacket tightness or a touch of carpal tunnel syndrome. Either way, perhaps worth buying the next size up.
Good quality but slow
These gloves were a present and I had paid for next day delivery. I had also put in the delivery box that I would require them to leave it in a special place. However, it wasn't until two days later that I received an 'I missed you' card through the door and I was to pick it up and they hadn't followed the instructions. Apart from the delivery the gloves were excellent quality when they arrived and my brother was very pleased.
Warm but not too comfortable
At first glance the glove seems great - warm, waterproof and well finished. When worn the gloves are reasonably comfortable and certainly warm. This first impression changes when we take the gloves off for the first time and entire lining leaves the glove together with the hand... Not nice and makes putting it back on harder Gloves seem reasonably waterproof, but having experienced heavy rain over half of an hour commute I am not sure if I would testify '100% waterproof' tag on them All in all - a good budget autumn / winter glove, significantly better than 'no brand' gloves which are not much cheaper, but if you are looking for something comfortable it may be worth spending some more money
Good gloves does the job
I'm a Large size got a Large size and it fits. Perfect for the price. Good protection, good warmth. Not too bulky. Did however do what all thinsulated gloves do for me and the lining bunches up on the little finger, that's my only niggle I have with the gloves.
Torn after 100 miles
I got a size larger as recommended by the reviews (XL glove for L sized hands) and despite the gloves fitting perfectly, the left hand glove has torn at the stitches while I have been riding less than 100 miles with them. Although not expensive £35 / 100 miles is.
I needed some winter gloves but did not want to spend £70 plus, I took a risk as the reviews were good for these gloves as I did not want to end up with a set of poor quality gloves and cold hands. I can tell you these are decent gloves, as good as my old RST, so far anyway. I been out for a few spins each about a hour, the temp was about 4 and my hands were well warm, unlike my RST glove. These gloves are well worth the price and also get the next size up ..........
Small for a large
Good set of gloves, only thing I would said is go for a size up of what you would normally get. I got a Large but the XL was needed. Only used it on a short ride and it was comfortable and for the price well made, saying this I not not used them in the rain yet.
