Duchinni D501 - Black
Customer Product Reviews
A versatile classic.
Comfortable and fairly light. The fit is good and the padding well shaped. You can put it on without removing your glasses. It's versatile with the option to use the inbuilt drop-down shades, or to replace the peak with a 3 or 5 stud visor. Although not the lowest profile helmet you'll find, it's still fairly compact.
Good value, great for pottering around in the summer, like the feel of the wind on your face - feels like you are really travelling Agree with other, the buckle is clearly a budget item and sometimes wont release, but a second attempt seems to work - it is not a major problem
Awesome Affordable Half Hat for Sunny days
Really Comfy, with a fair amount of adjustability for the price (removable cap, drop down tinted screen) & it worked well with my Interphone System. Semi removable liner, strap is a bit awkward to get open; but all in all I'm very happy.
Open face helmet
Haven't used it yet as in lock down, tried it on feels comfortable. Clip a bit fiddly at first but easy once got used to it, i like the visor would be just right for sunny/dull days, not sure about night but not a dark tint, overall good quality open faced helmet.
Nice fit, buckle a little awkward
I recently bought this helmet& it fits great and is comfortable.Ideal for when your round town & calling into shops etc,as it lets you keep your glasses on with removing the helmet. The only downside is that the buckle is sometime a little reluctant to tighten or release, but hopefully this will improve the more it is used
Great Retro Helmet
Great quality and good fitting helmet which looks really good, only slight criticism is the in built visor wasn't as tinted as I expected, but a great product non the less. As for sportsbikeshop.co.uk I had to exchange the item as I ordered the wrong size, customer service and exchange was simple and quick
Whilst the helmet itself is very good and just what I was after for Summer Biking, the so called internal visor is pretty much useless as it does not come down past the eyes. This is a shame really as I will have to buy an external visor if not wearing my Sunglasses.
