Rev'it Cyclone 2 H2O Waterproof Jacket - Neon Yellow / Black
Customer Product Reviews
Bough an XL size to fit over my Oxford Copenhagen XL jacket.Fits perfectly over it. Sleeves are not as long as the Oxford jacket, but I do have long arms, and generally struggle with jackets. I am 186cm tall and 99kg heavy :) Used it today in heavy rain, and didn't get a bit wet!
Bought this along with an Oxford Rain-seal I have a Revit but not in the yellow The current Revit looks a cheaper product the the older one I have and no better than the Oxford which is 1/2 the price Used both in heavy rain both work fine but i would buy the Oxford its cheaper and at least as good if not better
4 star rating as not tested in the rain yet. The fit is really good. This is a compact and lightweight jacket that leaves you feeling comfortable when sitting on the bike - also comes with a storage bag. What more could you want!
This is the waterproof jacket to buy!
I ordered lots of waterproof jackets from SBS as I'm aware how different they are in terms of fit and feel. This is by far the best jacket. Very easy to get on over my textile riding jacket and easy to do up with a simple zip and velcro storm seal. There are adjusting straps on the arms and cuffs so very easy to get a good fit. Not tested in the rain yet hence the 4 star rating but not expecting any issues with waterproofing!
Kept Me Dry
This is the second one I have bought. The first one lasted about 2 years of continuous use for my commute to work. At the end, the seams were breaking and the jacket was coming apart but this didn't stop me buying another one. Good value for money.
Another first class product from Rev'it. Really well made and fits perfectly as per their instructions: I have a size 50 Rev'it leather jacket (Small) so I ordered the small Cyclone 2 H2O - it sits perfectly on top. Can be difficult to get on as the waterproof material slides slowly past the leather, but once on it is fine. Very bright!
Good - paired with Acid trousers
I bought this to wear with Rev'it Acid trousers. Size as expected, fits really well. Ridden in light / medium rain, always dry underneath. A little sweaty, but not as bad as the fully lined rain suits and much more comfortable for me. Neck fits well and comfy. A small niggle is that the way the neck is formed, the material can flap about a bit just under your helmet at 60mph plus.
Great fit, stylish and effective
We all know rain overjackets tend to be big, blow about in the wind and make you sweat. This is completely different. It looks good, fits really well with plenty of adjustment all over. Order your normal size. Its designed to fit over your regular jacket. And its bright! No chance of being missed in bad visibility and rain spray.
Purchased recently as replacement for my trusty 20yr-old Frank Thomas over-jacket. Haven't worn it yet, but it's good quality, compact and already in my tankbag prior to a 3,000m road trip. Will wear it over my Rev'it mesh jacket if, or when, required.
