Furygan Trekker Evo Textile Jeans - Black
Customer Product Reviews
Tight in the glutes!
Pro: Good length, good pockets, warm, attach to the jacket easily Con: I'm 5'7 size 32 waist and there's no way I can zip these trousers up! The ass area doesn't match the length. I couldn't buy the large they would be to long. So now I'm stuck with trousers I can't zip up and I can't get my leg over the bike! Great. Advice....go to a shop and try them on, go home and order them off Sportsbikeshop!
Good jeans at a reasonable price
My 1st textile jeans, so nothing to compare to, but they're very comfortable and warm with the lining in. Nice and cool with the lining removed. My pair developed a zip problem immediately, where the fly kept coming apart at the bottom of the zip, but SBS were brilliant and exchanged them without fuss. The replacement pair is just fine, so I put it down to an unlucky one-off fault.
Surprisingly warm, and comfortable
Bought these before Christmas but delayed a review expecting colder and wetter weather and not sorry I did. They have exceeded my expectations. Always been leathers and waterproof suits for me, but these and the matching jacket have opened my eyes. Even on the coldest of days I've been snug and able to concentrate on my riding rather than think about the cold, and they've kept the wet out. A bargain! Oh, and a nice long length in the leg for those of us over 6ft.
Very happy, warm, comfortable
Used down to -3 so far, lovely and warm. Minor rain showers, handled easily. I can wear 34 or 36 trousers depending on style so I got 36 equivalent in these. A tiny bit too big, would like to try a smaller size but not a real problem. Turning up the hems with built in Velcro is simple. Watch out for zip in the fly, its stiff initially and catches on the lining. But sorts itself out after a couple of wears. Highly recommended.
Really comfy and great that you can adjust the knee pads. I bought large as I'm a 34 waist. My legs are a little short, however and so they are a bit long for me. Not a big deal, but just a warning to those shorter blokes. Thermals come out so not crazy hot in the summer, but I have bought a pair of breathable leggings to go underneath, as they get a bit sticky when I sweat.
High performance in bad weather
Just like the matching zip-together jacket, these textile jeans have surprised me by their ability to keep me warm and dry outdoors - but not overheat me indoors. Fit is excellent, and appreciate the side adjusters that cope with any expansion or contraction of my midriff - and the length was absolutely fine, more on the generous side than the short side, but I would not have it any other way.
Too long in the leg
The jeans are too long even with a built in bottom you can tuck up was disappointed with this. The materials and look of the jeans are good, comfortable. They keep you dry in heavy rain which is the reason I got them so happy with that aspect. If they work on the the sizing of the jeans would be much better. Get a size bigger when buying.
