Dainese Urban D-Dry Glove - Black
Customer Product Reviews
Too bulky, weird size, not good enough.
This will be a review by comparison. I returned the Dainese gloves straight away after looking at them. Instead, I bought Furygan Jet All Season Textile Gloves - I wrote a review for them as well. Anyway, they were my 2nd choice after Dainese. I had to return the Dainese ones for a number of reasons: 1. Dainese: Strange size, I wear M but those were like L (you can see size comparison by SBS and thank you guys for that! Why would Dainese want me to wear S I have no clue. Furygan: sizing perfect. 2. Dainese: Way too bulky! They are like snowboarding gloves! And what is the point of touchscreen compatibility if you cannot hit the right spot? Furygan: a little bulkiness is there but you can hardly feel it when riding. No touchscreen compatibility though, oh well... To sum up: Dainese gloves are not good enough, not enough precision for my hands.
Waterproof and Winter Gloves - Lovely Job
Usual Dainese quality - so they do what they say their going to i.e. keep you dry and warm with excellent craftsmanship. They are well made and nice and comfy. Would recommend these to anyone. They really are a nice glove.
Working a treat
Cannot fault these gloves, recent weather in the North East means that they've been tested straight out of the packaging and they're spot on. They've kept my hands dry and warm, you do get a slight bit of bunching where the inner layer likes to do it's own thing but it isn't the end of the world and easy worked out. And once again SBS deliver on their easy to use website and delivery. Thanks.
Ok - so I wanted a waterproof set of gloves that would keep me warm without feeling like I was trying to thread a needle wearing oven gloves. These gloves fit the bill - I have had to wear silk liners a couple of times (although it has been 0-2 degrees lately) Gloves give you good feel and are very comfortable - haven't had to test the waterproof yet - but all seems good. But for this price - an amazing glove :)
Making my heating grips redundant
Simple, waterproof, warm and comfortable. Unbelievably good for the price. Been looking at these for almost a year, but didn't buy; that was a mistake. Buy them you will not regret it. Beautifully warm gloves only problem is they are making my heated grips redundant.
Warm and dry
M/C gloves are like beat-up old carpet slippers, you never want to throw them away! However, in this case, lost one glove and needed a replacement. These Dainese Urban gloves hit the spot, they're warm, dry and comfortable, delivered quickly and no doubt, will become my next old carpet slippers!
