RST Tractech Evo R 3 CE Leather Glove - Black
Customer Product Reviews
I ordered these gloves as a comparable pair in Canada would have been double the price (even taking into account shipping and duty). I found that the gloves are very robust but still have great feel on the controls. The gloves are on the warm side, which has been good in the autumn weather so far. I ordered a size larger than the listed size chart as I have longer fingers and they fit perfectly. Shipping was, just over a week all the way to the west coast of Canada with Royal Mail. Overall I was very impressed with the level of protection, quality and value
I upgrade from the older version, due to several crashes on track, the gloves held up extremely well, but where looking bit worse for wear. I decided I would get the new version. Just excellent with some nice improvements especially the slider near join of the wrist/palm. Highly recommend and for the price and quality they are just awesome.
Much better than the price point suggests.
My last few pairs of gloves have been Alpinestars, usually costing around £110. I bought these RST's mainly for the double closure system as my previous gloves all have a single Velcro tab & despite my average build always struggle to make good contact with the opposite Velcro side. The closure system on these is superb and as good as I thought/hoped it would be. An added and unexpected bonus was that the quality of construction and materials are better than the Alpinestars, as is the fit. The only criticism which is minor is that I would prefer the knuckle protection to be less bulky. That said, I sense the extra bulk is directly linked to extra protection. These are the best gloves I've bought in over 30 years of riding. I ordered a medium and a large as I'm often bang in the middle of most stuff, I was surprised that the large was only marginally larger than the medium but it was a much better fit. Return and refund by SBS was pain free and fast as usual.
A: The price. B: Quality C: Strength I have tried several brands when it comes to gloves and these are on the very top on my list. They have double Velcro on the wrist and fits tight and I drove 160 miles yesterday without the feeling of wearing gloves. They add support without being to stiff and best of all is that you can use them on a touchscreen (I use IOS and they work precise and every time ( My old ones from another brand i had to push several times on my phone and was straight up so annoying to wear and use. If you want a glove with just the right amount of protection and fits perfect for a very fair price then I can only recommend these. ( I have tried 9-10 pairs before RST and for the first time I can wear them for hours without any problems whatsoever)
We had to send gloves back to RST due to a fault when they were made. Thankfully SportsbikeShop dealt with this swiftly and very professionally. We received the new gloves a couple of weeks ago and they are much better. Thank you so much
Good looking comfortable glove
I bought the rst tractech glove for dedicated track use as i had worn a hole in my gp pro's and didn't want to spend a silly amount on new gloves. I havent had a chance to use them yet but wearing them they are as comfortable as my gp pros and look great. I havent crashed in rst, but after buying a 1 piece before and these gloves now i may well change all my kit to rst as i replace it. If they are good enough for bsb riders theyre good enough for me. So, good looking comfortable glove at a good price, you won't be dissapointed.
Buy with confidence.
Bought this pair to replace a pair of Pro Series CPX-C which have been my Supermoto glove of choice for years, but sadly can no longer source them in my size (12). Found the Evo R's a bit on the snug side first couple of rides, perfect now though so happy days. Plenty of protection in all the right places, RST have got it spot on.
Full of features that'd you'd expect from gloves twice the price. Sportsbikeshop size chart indicates I'm a medium, but RST size chart suggests I'm a small. Ordered small, they were very snug at first but wore them in the house & after 1 ride they've loosened up. Seem comfortable & they'll only get better.
These are so good I almost crashed
Context I've been using Spada Enforcers (very thick winter gloves for 5 years). The feel is so good and they look so awesome i was so distracted the first time I almost ran a stop sign! Great fit, amazing feel, armour is amazing, 300 euro features for 80 quid unreal!
Tractech Evo gloves
I purchased these to replace a pair of Alpinestars. To be honest, they are every bit as good as any glove I have worn over the last 40 years. Took a day or so to break in and now are comfortable for however long they are worn. Brilliant gloves and cannot recommend them enough. 11 out of 10
Outstanding quality beyond expectations
I did a lot of research for this glove based on safety, fit, comfort and style. I probably tried 20 different types ranging in price from £270 to £50 yet these RST gloves went beyond all expectation on all my criteria. Quality and finish are superb. Fit was excellent. They feel great, although naturally they need breaking in as you'd expect with quality gloves but I am confident they will give me years of use. I would definitely buy the RST brand again but above all I would buy them from Sportsbikeshop for this reason. The website is excellent. The chat and customer service fantastic and really really helpful. It is one of the best online buying experience I have ever had and that says a lot.
