Formalish with at least some protection

I wear these when I ride to see work customers. They're ideal for that. There's a bit of ankle protection, the sole is rigid, but they walk like a normal shoe and are as comfy. The gear change protector slips on and off easily and does the job whilst not spoiling feel. They did OK in a shower but rain would soon soak them I think. True to size for me and perfectly decent quality for the money. They're ideal for short trips where you need to arrive looking smart rather than get changed when you get there and offer at least a bit more safety than a pair of Clarks.
