HJC how does it fair

Had lots of lids always been a size large with Shoei NXR and X Spirit, a few XLite 802/803's. This is a 58-59 large so it feels half size smaller, but a similar fit to the above. The look and feel is really good and it feels quality inside and out. Its a narrow lid and a tight pull over the ears but once on its nice and snug but i can still get glasses on. The finish is a slight metallic finish so does look good close up. On the bike its one of the quieter lids poss due to a tighter fit, controls are easy and not too much vent. All the bits feel good and nothing feels like its going to break off. The fact it comes with a light tint visor is a bonus and it looks good. Its only a second lid to my Shoei XSpirit but the quality is just as good and pound for pound i wouldnt pay the extra £400 for the XSpirit. If you are looking for a lid where a large is just a little too big for you this would be great as it is half a size smaller.

Joker helmet

Went from a GT air2 to this after having issues with visor. I'm happy to report this helmet is more comfortable, a better fit for me and also less wind noise. The design looks alot brighter in "real life" and does look very smart. I know people say the clip is odd as it locks but to me it seems normal idiot proof lock lol I don't see an issue

Quiet HJC

Very quiet and comftable helmet. When I was looking for a helmet I was looking at Bell, Shoie, AGV, Arai and ended up with HJC. The main reason was price and I don't regret it. It is light, quiet and very good quality for nearly half the price of the other helmets I was looking at.

HJC R-PHA 11 Nectus Helmet

I haven't had this helmet long but I really rate it already. It's nice and light compared to my last helmet, build quality seems really good and it looks great too. The visor system is good with enough ratchet points to keep it open in any position if you want and it only takes a few seconds to change visors. Ventilation is good and the chin curtain is good too. The price point is great too.

Best helmet so far

Great fit. Bonus getting two visors and so easy to change. Excellent vision. But, and there is always one, very noisy at motorway speeds, for me, even with ear plugs.

I have had Arais for 26 years and my wife and I bought two HJC rpha 11 helmets, excellent. quality and slightly tighter fit, very impressed and would highly recommend these helmets. Sportsbike as usual superb customer service

Great carbon helmet!

Great helmet. I bought him a month ago and I am very happy with this helmet. When buying a helmet delivery, she wrote about 10 weeks, I am very surprised as the future after 2 days, very much for this sportbickeshop. The helmet is very light and comfortable. I do not feel it with me on the head..And it's damn beautiful. The size of the head I have 57 and I had to be afraid of the size.

Epic

Very happy with my new lid. Such a great fit and loads of settings for the air flow. Visibility is so much better than my last Scorpion lid. Comes with clear and smoked visor. Not used the smoked visor yet but when installing the pinlock it was a doddle to take the visor off. Helmet looks stunning in the colour scheme, glad i paid a bit extra for it. Very happy with the purchase and only took a few days with it being a special order

Bloody brilliant

Fantastic quality helmet both inside and out, great fit and incredibly light. Worth every penny.

Soggy wet box

Good quality helmet with excellent paint scheme a bit tight on the cheek pads but apart from that an excellent fit it's just a pity the delivery guy decided to leave it out in the poring rain so it was nice and wet for me by the time i got home

Pull the trigger!

I've been wanting this helmet for almost a year now, I finally pulled the trigger and couldn't have made a better decision, the styling and quality is like no other. Just be aware the helmet will be a bit tight for the first few rides but that can be expected until the padding has moulded to you.

Great lid

Very light, very well made - feels like a quality item, especially the vents. Bought a L for my 59 head and it was TIGHT, but after a couple rides it fits like a glove. Knocking one star off because it's pretty loud, even with ear plugs (Auritech), but I'm probably being harsh. Would 100% buy again.

Perfection

A perfect fitting helmet in all areas with plenty of ventilation (really does keep you cool In hot temperatures ) Large controls make it easy to operate vents, very quite inside (not much wind noise) as well as comfortable. Comes with an Anti fog pin lock insert and an additional smoke visor which is very useful for me as I only ride in warmer weather. Also it does not have a built in Sun visor. D ring faster, visor lock and emergency cheek pad removal make this helmet a SAFE bet on the road. The Batman Matt paint finish is exceptional and perfect for any fan of the franchise, pictures don't do it justice it looks so nice in person and flows really well with the shape of the helmet. Would highly recommend this helmet to anyone that rides.

Very Smart Helmet

This is a very smart helmet, very comfortable, I really love the HJC brand and have bought a few of their other helmets. I really like the Sportsbikeshop site, the people are very friendly, especially Tom and Martin, very helpful, organised, knowledgable and patient, and I have been a customer for a few years with Sportsbikeshop and I would not buy anywhere else, this is my one stop shop. I think with this helmet there is a design fault with the ratchet system for the visor, it is not tight enough, it does not hold the visor up when riding with it open, I have returned 2 of these now and I have now gone for a Rpha 70, so fingers crossed all should be good. All in all it is a fantastic brand, fit and quality is second to none. I have been a biker for many years and HJC is my number 1 choice.

Very light

My old AVG Compact was a Large, so I ordered this in Large too - it was a bit tight when I first put it on, but it feels perfect after a couple of uses. It's very light (almost 500g less than my old AVG) and it looks amazing - it's a head turner for sure. A lot of vent holes to keep you cool, but I've noticed that it does get a bit hotter than my AVG helmet, but it's not uncomfortable. Huge visor makes it easier to do your shoulder checks. Comes with clear and light smoked visor and one 120 pinlock.The light smoked visor is not that great for sunny days but you can buy a dark smoked for just over £30 (not road legal though!) 3 our of 5 stars in SHARP safety test which is OK-ish. Amazing graphics, and premium finish!

Awesome Helmet

After seeking advice from sprortsbikeshop decided to replace my old MT modular with the RPHA. Oh my days what a difference,light,comfortable,quiet and pinlocks that work. Ventilations are easy to use and new visor easy to fit,I wear glasses and slide in no problem, I didn't want a helmet with built in sun visor as they are aren't that great and it takes away from helmets strength and internal headliner. Love the RPHA and will definitely buy again from sportsbikeshop ( I have)
