Top quality

I take a 56 Euro in Richa, Alpinestars Spyke, Spidi etc, i had read a lot of info regarding the sizing and cut of the new suits, I still went for the 56 Euro. its fits well, is a little snug in the bicep but will loosen to perfect when broken in, its super light but has everything you would expect in a high end race suit, the new cut and pre curve is spot on when on the race bike, but it would be a struggle to live with as a road suit, horses for courses etc... all in all a well built suit, and very happy I spent the extra to get it

Excellent as expected

After doing a lot of research I was torn between the GP Tech V3 and the Absolute suit. I chose the V3 due to not being able to justify the extra expense at the time for the Absolute. I currently have an Alpinestars Missile jacket in Euro 52 and track pants in 34". I am 5'8", 82kg, muscular build. Normally a 30 or 32" waist in jeans. I recently bought the Alpinestars Tech Air Race vest to use but found that it was a bit of a faff with the 2 piece as its long at the bottom and needs tucked into the track pants. My jacket is also very tight with the airbag inside. I decided it was time to upgrade to a 1 piece suit, which was a size up and was tech air compatible. After watching the video reviews on youtube I decided to try the V3 in the same size euro 52 as my existing jacket after taking the sizing advice found there. The v3 fits perfectly WITHOUT the airbag. I am unfortunately between sizes just now so I have had to return this suit as its too tight with the airbag inside. I tried the suit first without the airbag and found it incredibly comfortable. This suit oozes quality, the construction, the level of protection and the style are excellent as expected for a high end Alpinestars suit. I expect that this size, even with a thin back protector inside would fit perfectly due to the stretch panels. I found the 1 piece so much more comfortable than the 2 piece, a lot less restriction in the mid section. The zip in washable liner is a great design feature too! I would definitely recommend this suit if you're looking for quality. Be sure to check out the youtube reviews too! I have decided to go ahead and order the Absolute in euro 54. The Absolute is more expensive but allows you to fit the airbag between the liner and the suit. As always an excellent service from SBS.
