Very comfortable

Went to SBS Boston to try a different helmet which I was sure would be right for me - it wasn't spot on so staff listened to me and brought out a selection of alternatives. Their 1st recommendation was this HJC I90. It was everything I was looking for so didn't try the others. Lockdown means I've only used it once (on a short legitimate shopping trip) but straight away can confirm it has perfect fit, excellent vision and all features operate securely. Top rating for features and value, I'm delighted with this helmet - definitely one of my best ever buys! I ride a Honda VT1100c Shadow and a Royal Enfield Himalayan - totally different but this helmet suits both riding styles for me. Try one on, SBS are very knowledgeable and extra helpful. Get the right size, buy it and enjoy.

Happy with purchase

Bought as upgrade to the HJC IS Max 2, the fit is a bit tighter, but sure it will bed in ok. Whistles a bit when doing 60+ with the visor up, but this goes away with the visor down. The fact it's dual-homologated was definitely a big selling point for me as well as the integrated sunshield and included pinlock.

So plush!

I was sceptical buying a modular helmet, but after going through plenty of reviews I decided I would go for it, it is quieter than my last helmet the hjc is17 by a large margin and feels premium compared to it, the fit was perfect, and is very comfortable, the speaker grooves are very welcome also

Honestly cannot believe the service I had with sportsbikeshop. I am just new to biking this year and really enjoying it. I ordered my new HJC I90 on a Saturday and it was delievered to my door in Northern Ireland by 10.30am on the Monday morning. It is an exceptional helmet very comfortable and does exactly what it says in the tin. Overly impressed with customer service and definitely will be purchasing alot more stuff in the near future.

Brilliant Helmet

This Helmet is excellent. I can wear my glasses with no problem and the pinlock visor is nice and wide. It is very comfortable and not to noisy,you can feel when the vents are open which is good in this weather. Highly recomend this helmet if looking for a flip up.

i90 helmet

Bought i90 davan for my wife . Very stylish helmet , which she loves. Comfortable fit . Nice air flow and light weight. Very happy biker.

Wind noise

comfortable helmet which looks good but there is a lot of wind noise. Have to wear ear plugs which help a great deal. Good all round vision and the chin is easily lifted with gloves on. Still getting used to the strap which is rachet instead of double d. This is a cheap quality feeling helmet.

My second HJC flip front helmet (also have an i30) and the i90 is a step up again in fit and feel. The linings are nice and plush and it feels well made for the price. The addition of an XXL to the range (which is me) means there is a good spread of shell sizes. Very pleased with it

Well designed helmet.

I have a Caberg Duke which is very comfortable, but wanted a helmet with more chin room and thought the Caberg Droid might fit the bill. However that seemed to be narrower than the Duke and put pressure on my temple area. After some research I decided to try the HTC I90 and that really impressed me. The fit is similar to the Duke, but a bit more snug. The chin bar lock feels very secure yet is easy to open and the sun visor slider on the side of the helmet is much more convenient than being on the top and is very smooth in operation. A big plus for me is the internal layout which made it very to fit an intercom system and it DOES come with a pinlock as standard. I also find it reasonably quiet. Big thanks to SBS for making it so easy to get the result you want and also to Luke for sorting out my queries.

Excellent helmet

I have a full face HJC helmet which I find very comfortable and great to wear so I decided to try a flip front helmet for touring. This helmet is excellent. It is comfortable and quiet and feels light when wearing. It takes my Sena 20 with no problems. The graphics are superb.

HJC I90

Returning to biking, I knew little and had to research through YouTube. This i90 has proven to be an excellent choice, in that it is a secure fit, has quick release, an additionally fitted sun visor and is a flip-up to enable the option to engage with others without removing the helmet. In addition, it meets all the safety specifications, is relatively light and is definitely not too noisy at 70mph in the A1. I would highly recommend this helmet. Great design, too!

Great helmet

As described In the reviews online. Haven't used it yet though due to lockdown and my bike is only a toy. Pinlock was included in the box which was a bonus ????

New lid

I visited the MK shop after reserving 5 flip helmets on line to allow me to have a good selection to try. Taking into account the build quality, price and spec of the HJC 190 it came out tops, the free pin lock visor included in the box was an added bonus, haven't used on a long ride yet however I haven't suffered any wind noise or issues. Helmet was very comfortable and looks great in my opinion.
