The Michelin Pilot Power uses technology that was originally designed for MotoGP tyres and changed the sport tyre market! This tyre is suitable for fast road riding, but would not be out of place on the track either. The tread pattern covers just 12% of the tyre which gives a much larger contact patch on the road and improved grip through corners; during testing, lean angles of up to 50 degrees in the dry and nearly 42 degrees in the wet were achieved.
