With over a decade in the bike industry, Adam’s known among colleagues as ‘Google’ thanks to his deep knowledge of helmets, clothing and accessories. He’s got a serious thing for kit and is always happy to share his expertise with fellow riders. Adam’s passion for bikes kicked off early – he was hooked on MotoGP at the age of 10 and by 18 he got his first race-rep 125cc. Since then, he’s worked his way through a long line of sportbikes, but his tastes have since evolved and he’s currently got his eye on a custom Ducati Scrambler.

I wanted to try a Spidi Corsa jacket…

I wanted to try a Spidi Corsa jacket and visited the store in Norwich....it was somewhat snug in its fit!
I ordered one the correct size for me and was told it would take just over 2 weeks to arrive......it was here in 6 days!
The staff in the Norwich branch were faultless (so thank you to them!).
The jacket is just as I needed and is super lightweight for the summer (I wear a Dainese air vest with it) and the arm vents are hugely effective....

Great service from SPORTSBIKESHOP Shop. Went in store (Norwich) to try on the same style jacket but had to order my colour preference. Arrived in 3 days. Great jacket, very happy with the fit and style. Excellent

Went into the store to purchase a all the kit I need as just bought my first bike.
Ian was extremely helpful (Norwich branch), gave great advice on size and fit for the helmet and jacket and as they did not have the helmet in store I tried the same brand and model in differing colours and did an online order in the store for next day delivery.
I have to say it was a good experience for a new biker and I felt like a valued customer and never had a hard sell, just good guidance.
Also helps the prices are good too.

Is everything online available in-store?

Our stores have a very good selection of our most popular products, and for everything else you can use our ‘Try on or Buy’ system to have the items shipped to store ready for your arrival. Providing it’s in stock online, it’ll be there next day in-store for you, 7 days a week - no payment required, and we’ll let you know when it lands. It’s that simple!

*Can you fit my intercom for me?

As a helmet specialist, we’re happy to advise on the fitting of an intercom for your new helmet, and we’re also happy to do the fitting for you when timing allows – please just bear with us at peak times as you may need to leave it with us! Alternatively, you can always schedule a drop-off with us so we can ensure we have plenty of time to help. Please note though, that fitting new intercoms to older helmets is not always possible, as there may be compatibility issues that can lead to damage being caused during the fitting process. We also ask that your helmet is thoroughly cleaned prior to us fitting your intercom.

Can I check if an item is in stock before visiting a store?

Yes! Our website will tell you if an item is in stock at a store. To avoid disappointment, you can also send items to any store to ‘Try on or Buy’. Most items, if available at our warehouse, can be delivered to store next day. No payment required!

What payment methods do you accept in store?

Payment can be made by debit/credit card including American Express, and cash. We also offer Klarna finance in all stores. Whilst we accept PayPal on our website PayPal do not currently have an in-store payment method.

I purchased something online; can I return it to a store?

Sure! Provided the product is in original unused condition in line with our returns policy, your online order can be returned to any of our stores.

Can I telephone the store?

Although our stores don’t have their own dedicated phone number, our customer service team will be happy to help on 01205 360099 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Saturday.

Are dogs allowed in-store?

We understand that dogs are a part of many people's lives, and we welcome well-behaved dogs in our stores. We kindly ask though that you keep your furry friend on a leash at all times. Please also be mindful of other customers who may not be comfortable around dogs. If your dog becomes disruptive or we feel it poses a safety concern, we may kindly ask that you take your pet out of the store. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you and your furry companion!

I’m on my bike, can you ship my purchase to my home?

Of course! No charge for orders over £25.

Do you offer custom helmet fitting?

Absolutely! We can switch cheek pads and skull liners to help ensure you get the very best fit. Currently this is available for Arai and Schuberth, as well as Shoei for which we offer the Shoei Personal Fitting System (PFS) at selected stores. If you’d like to book-in a fitting, just contact us to arrange an appointment.
