Fast ans efficient communication about my order which I received ahead of the expected delivery date. Very happy and cannot fault the service received- thank you Sally, from Norwich I believe.

Looking for a helmet for the last of the nice weather so I wanted an open face which are quite hard to find in your size and colour. But just looking through on my phone and sportsbike had one in stock. So I thought go for it might miss it if not so paid and bang thought perhaps free over night might not happen because of bank holiday. But no got confirmation from dpd that they were going to deliver next day and for free cant fault the service definitely use them again and a trip to look round there Norwich shop is on the cards.

Sportsbikeshop itself is top notch, from browsing the website, to ordering and checkout, the process is quick, simple and efficient. The physical store in Norwich is good too - it was great to be able to try on items to get sizes and the staff are very helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have the helmet & intercom i wanted in stock at the store so I ordered online.
The only thing preventing that 5th star for me is the delivery - was supposed to be next delivery but it took 2 days. I think this was more down to DPD though but still... not great for me when I needed next day - that was one of the main reasons for ordering in the first place so that's enough to lose a star!

Excellent service from Sam!I had an issue with ordering Daytona boots from the Norwich branch today 8th July and called customer service. I spoke to Sam (who I believe is based at the head office), and he was incredibly helpful. He sorted everything out quickly and professionally. It is rare to get such great customer service these days, and he is a credit to Sportsbikeshop. Thank you, Sam!
