Scott has been riding bikes since 1994 and is a self-confessed Yamaha fan. Having started his riding career with a DT125R he’s owned a broad selection of the brand’s offerings, including three R6’s, an XJR1200, Thundercat, Diversion, MT-09… and even a Virago 535! His current Yamaha is an MT-10 that he’s had from new. Scott also enjoys occasional trackdays at Knockhill on a friend’s track bike. We’re guessing it’s a Yamaha too...

Love this shop in Glasgow. Great selection of kit and the staff are brilliant to work with. I've been in for a lot of stuff this year, but my last visit was some waterproof winter boots. Duncan helped me choose a pair and could quite easily have let me spend £400 and up on a pair of boots that wouldn't have worked. Instead he steered me towards a really good pair that weren't anywhere near as expensive. They are a lovely pair of boots as well, very comfy. I was after the adventure looking boots, but he quickly pointed out how gimmicky they are and wouldn't support anything, if I did want to ride offroad. Great shop. Great staff. Will be spending more soon.

LS2 helmet purchase

I have always struggled to find a well fitting helmet. I received excellent phone advice from head office on finding a helmet to fit my head. Visiting the Glasgow store Kevin was extremely patient and helpful finding the right helmet for me. I bought a LS2 Storm 3 and am very pleased with it.

Phenomenal customer support. Trying in person was easy through their reserve system. Staff in Glasgow were incredibly helpful with advice regarding fit. I ordered a smaller size in store and it arrived next day and fitted great!

Is everything online available in-store?

Our stores have a very good selection of our most popular products, and for everything else you can use our ‘Try on or Buy’ system to have the items shipped to store ready for your arrival. Providing it’s in stock online, it’ll be there next day in-store for you, 7 days a week - no payment required, and we’ll let you know when it lands. It’s that simple!

*Can you fit my intercom for me?

As a helmet specialist, we’re happy to advise on the fitting of an intercom for your new helmet, and we’re also happy to do the fitting for you when timing allows – please just bear with us at peak times as you may need to leave it with us! Alternatively, you can always schedule a drop-off with us so we can ensure we have plenty of time to help. Please note though, that fitting new intercoms to older helmets is not always possible, as there may be compatibility issues that can lead to damage being caused during the fitting process. We also ask that your helmet is thoroughly cleaned prior to us fitting your intercom.

Can I check if an item is in stock before visiting a store?

Yes! Our website will tell you if an item is in stock at a store. To avoid disappointment, you can also send items to any store to ‘Try on or Buy’. Most items, if available at our warehouse, can be delivered to store next day. No payment required!

What payment methods do you accept in store?

Payment can be made by debit/credit card including American Express, and cash. We also offer Klarna finance in all stores. Whilst we accept PayPal on our website PayPal do not currently have an in-store payment method.

I purchased something online; can I return it to a store?

Sure! Provided the product is in original unused condition in line with our returns policy, your online order can be returned to any of our stores.

Can I telephone the store?

Although our stores don’t have their own dedicated phone number, our customer service team will be happy to help on 01205 360099 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Saturday.

Are dogs allowed in-store?

We understand that dogs are a part of many people's lives, and we welcome well-behaved dogs in our stores. We kindly ask though that you keep your furry friend on a leash at all times. Please also be mindful of other customers who may not be comfortable around dogs. If your dog becomes disruptive or we feel it poses a safety concern, we may kindly ask that you take your pet out of the store. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you and your furry companion!

I’m on my bike, can you ship my purchase to my home?

Of course! No charge for orders over £25.

Do you offer custom helmet fitting?

Absolutely! We can switch cheek pads and skull liners to help ensure you get the very best fit. Currently this is available for Arai and Schuberth, as well as Shoei for which we offer the Shoei Personal Fitting System (PFS) at selected stores. If you’d like to book-in a fitting, just contact us to arrange an appointment.
