Genuinely love Sportsbikeshop and even more now that they've opened in Glasgow which is local enough to me. I really like their try before you buy attitude to most things in store and online - the ability to order several sizes to the store to try on is great as it gives you peace of mind. Great selection online of clothing, accessories and even some bike parts. Being able to order most to the shop is brilliant. Most recent buys have been a oxford rucksack which has been brilliant and alpinestars waterproof jacket and over trousers which have been great too. One of my favourtie bike shops and will definitely be back to sportsbikeshop for future biking stuff!

New customer but now a lifelong loyal customer of SBS, as I was blown away by the amazing customer service I received in the Glasgow store on three Sundays in July.

As a beginner pillion rider I had no idea where to start and I was guided by several members of very kind staff who knew their product range brilliantly. I am a size 14 hourglass-shaped curvy woman, who finds it difficult to clothes shop in regular clothes stores, let alone for bike gear that was all new to me. I particularly want to mention Duncan and Sarah, whose diversity of knowledge and patient support was exceptional, and Patrice who calmly brought me tens of items that I had ordered through the excellent ‘Try On or Buy’ service. They didn’t even blink an eye when I lay down on the changing room couches a few times to rest, as I have a fatiguing illness and the trying on of heavy clothes was exhausting me.

I bought all my gear from SBS - helmet, jacket, trousers, gloves and comms system. I’ve been using my gear for a few months now, including on a ten day trip. It has all been absolutely perfect. Thanks so much everyone!

Her warmth, patience, and genuine care turned what could have been a quick shopping trip into a truly memorable experience. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the fit was perfect, and treated my son with such kindness and encouragement.
