My experience with SPS has always been top tier. Their prices are better than everyone else, their range is unparalleled and their customer service is second to none. I had a problem with a riding suit that I bought after a year and 2 months of owning it, and they replaced it immediately (it was within the 2 year Oxford advanced rider warranty).

Furthermore, the staff at the Boston branch have always been brilliant. Top marks all round, can’t fault them at all.

I Highly Recommend SportsBikeShop they sorted out my issue. So fast just a few days to get a new part fit it and return my helmet. Thank you to Adam and the team at the Boston store. My only problem was that the store has so many great products on display. That I ended up spending more money with them in buying yet another helmet! I didn’t need one but after trying one on I just brought it 😂. Such a great team at Boston I travel there every time from Derby.

Thought I would pay a visit to the Boston store which wasn’t what I was expecting. It reminded me more of an Argos shop of how you order and your name gets called out when they source it from the warehouse.
Works very efficiently to be honest and you kinda feel guilty for keep ordering and trying stuff on. There’s no need to because the team are very good and accommodating. I went for jeans but came away with boots! I thought travelling 120 miles or so I had to buy something.
Anyway all in all a good experience.

Hi just bought 2 aria helmets brilliant service as usual from Boston sports bike shop, one had a chip in the front air vent but, it was no problem as they sorted it straight away , thanks . Also brilliant helmets
