You cannot fault SBS in any way. Ive bought single cheapish items, multiple quite expensive items, and delivery, via DPD or Royal Mail ( who also need a pat on the back) has been absolutely as promised. This is the perfect example of a well managed, customer focussed business filled with dedicated team members. My biggest fear is my mates suggesting a 'pit stop' at SBS Kirton....it usually ends up with me being like the kid in the sweet shop!😀. Thanks for being the best and most comprehensive and reliable motorcycle accessories supplier out there!

For starters SBS has an extremely good website. Easy to navigate with most helmets featuring 360° imaging. Helps no end when looking to buy a lid. The purchase process is straightforward and easy, with delivery by DPD next day. Also no quible returns. I"ve been using SBS since 2009 - more or less since they started and I've never had a bad purchase yet. The instore staff at Boston are always professional, knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Prices are always competitive. They are my go to motorcycle store.

Absolutely fantastic experience, visited the Kirton store and was bowled over by the amount of stock and availability. The customer service was second to none, so much patience as ordered lots to try on and nothing was too much trouble. John especially was super helpful and the rest of the team. Would not bother go anywhere else for motorbike accessories.

Attended a the very busy Boston Branch this morning when my helmet visor fixings broke. Staff extricated the broken screws and fitted two new base plates and screws both sides while I waited and I could continue on my way. Oustanding customer service , thank you.
