Racer, commentator, traveller, courier, workshop manager and year-round commuter. There aren’t many things Keith hasn’t done in his 40 years of living life on two wheels. He’s taken the odd tumble over the years and that’s given him a personal understanding of how important the right clothing can be. He rides daily in all weathers and can choose from a selection of bikes for his commute.

Harlow "SUPER" store

Went to the Harlow store today and was greeted by the manager as I walked in. I was able to get what I came for and 1 bit that wasnt is getting delivered to home. The manager even got me a nice hot chocolate which was appreciated as it was a cold day and I was on my bike. Brought a few items recently, gloves and bike lock,always had a good experience. Will be back for some boots and helmet soon.

Keis J601 Ultraflex Heated Jacket

Popped in to Harlow branch to pick up some pre-ordered gear and tried on the Keis J601 heated jacket. Excellent product. Didn’t buy it then and there but when I got home decided I should have. Ordered it online and it was delivered early the next day. As ever, great service from SportsBikeShop and great product.

A truly 5* firm

A truly 5* firm. I had previously only used the on-line and delivered service items. That was excellent. This time I wanted to try a new lid before buying it. Went on-line to their sales and service dept. Neil came back with the info and ordered a Shark OXO to be delivered to their Harlow store. An email next day to say it was in. Went on a Sunday as I thought it would be less hassle with the traffic - how wrong. The store is very impressive. The amount of stock is extensive. Clothing, lids, service items all there. Staff were very helpful. Sorry I didn't note their names. The girl assistant explained the fittings and buttons (there are no instructions in the box - they are on-line though). Yes, I would thoroughly recommend the firm. Neil has been very helpful via emails. The staff were excellent at the Harlow store. Prices are reasonable. Website well thought out and easy to use. A truly 5* firm.

Is everything online available in-store?

Our stores have a very good selection of our most popular products, and for everything else you can use our ‘Try on or Buy’ system to have the items shipped to store ready for your arrival. Providing it’s in stock online, it’ll be there next day in-store for you, 7 days a week - no payment required, and we’ll let you know when it lands. It’s that simple!

*Can you fit my intercom for me?

As a helmet specialist, we’re happy to advise on the fitting of an intercom for your new helmet, and we’re also happy to do the fitting for you when timing allows – please just bear with us at peak times as you may need to leave it with us! Alternatively, you can always schedule a drop-off with us so we can ensure we have plenty of time to help. Please note though, that fitting new intercoms to older helmets is not always possible, as there may be compatibility issues that can lead to damage being caused during the fitting process. We also ask that your helmet is thoroughly cleaned prior to us fitting your intercom.

Can I check if an item is in stock before visiting a store?

Yes! Our website will tell you if an item is in stock at a store. To avoid disappointment, you can also send items to any store to ‘Try on or Buy’. Most items, if available at our warehouse, can be delivered to store next day. No payment required!

What payment methods do you accept in store?

Payment can be made by debit/credit card including American Express, and cash. We also offer Klarna finance in all stores. Whilst we accept PayPal on our website PayPal do not currently have an in-store payment method.

I purchased something online; can I return it to a store?

Sure! Provided the product is in original unused condition in line with our returns policy, your online order can be returned to any of our stores.

Can I telephone the store?

Although our stores don’t have their own dedicated phone number, our customer service team will be happy to help on 01205 360099 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Saturday.

Are dogs allowed in-store?

We understand that dogs are a part of many people's lives, and we welcome well-behaved dogs in our stores. We kindly ask though that you keep your furry friend on a leash at all times. Please also be mindful of other customers who may not be comfortable around dogs. If your dog becomes disruptive or we feel it poses a safety concern, we may kindly ask that you take your pet out of the store. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you and your furry companion!

I’m on my bike, can you ship my purchase to my home?

Of course! No charge for orders over £25.

Do you offer custom helmet fitting?

Absolutely! We can switch cheek pads and skull liners to help ensure you get the very best fit. Currently this is available for Arai and Schuberth, as well as Shoei for which we offer the Shoei Personal Fitting System (PFS) at selected stores. If you’d like to book-in a fitting, just contact us to arrange an appointment.
