It was inevitable bikes would play a lead role in Sue’s life. Her first trip to the Isle of Man TT came before her first birthday and the taste of tomato soup still reminds her of trials events with her dad. She followed him into trials competition, started road riding at 16 and now owns a Ducati Monster 937. Sue has worked in the bike industry through five decades and has a deep understanding of bikes and kit.

Best bike shop going . Customer service is first class . Cant soak for all of them but the crew in Milton Keynes are excellent . You can order stuff in and decide not to take it with no pressure . They also price match with no hassle .
Delivery was quick and product great. A+ from me

Chose a helmet to Try and Buy at Milton Keynes on a Sunday. I then had help and advice from a great salesman who quickly spotted I needed a smaller size for a safe fit. I was able to try on several other options before making my choice which was delivered the next day before 11.00am. Very impressed with the staff there.

This is for the Milton Keynes shop. Hands down the best motorcycle gear shop I have ever visited. Great selection of helmets and gloves (which is what I was looking for) but the real stars are the staff. Every one incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They should be very proud of themselves. Plus the order in to try a variety of products. Superb service.

Went into the Milton Keynes branch to buy new Gerbing heated gloves.
Excellent and really helpful service, they ordered in the size I needed and one up and one down size, all on next day delivery. When I returned the same assistant spent time to ensure my gloves not only fitted but worked with my older heated jacket.
Cannot fault the customer service at all
