Preston

Arranged to try a pair of boots on the way home from the ferry on Saturday. Asked staff to send up north by post as no space on the bike. Boots along with some other bits arrived on Sunday. Excellent service from the Preston shop.

Visited the Preston branch looking to replace my out of date helmet. First of all surprised at the range available to try, all sorted by size making the job easy. Had a shortlist and ended up with 2 to decide on. Asked a member of staff (sorry I didn't get your name) for some help on fit and features and was blown away by their helpfulness and product knowledge. Explained the difference between the the 2 I'd chosen, features, fit, safety, etc and then helped to get the correct shell size including changing the cheek pads (for free) to get a perfect fit. All this was done with no rush, despite me rocking up close to closing time and no pressure on making a sale. Well done Preston SportsbikeShop.

Visited the Preston shop yesterday for some new gloves and helmet. Robbie looked after me and have to say his customer service was spot on. Really patient with me and very knowledgeable. His level of customer service will mean I go back to that shop. Thanks to his advice, I wore the helmet at home for an hour around the house (yes I must have looked insane to my neighbours if they saw me) and found it was too tight. I have since order the large online. I also had an internet order to return so called customer services and spoke with Chris P about sending both orders back. What a great guy and so helpful. Sorted it all out for me so returns in one order. Thanks to these two staff interactions, my opinion of this company is high. Well done.
