Preston

I visited the Preston store to buy a new Shoei helmet, I also opted for the Shoei personal fitting system. I ordered the helmet a couple of days before, in two sizes and ordered them to be delivered to the store. Everything was waiting for me when I got there. I thought I knew my head size, large, however the fitting staff member, the very friendly and knowledgeable Morgan, came to a different sizing when using the shoei head measuring equipment. After nearly 30 minutes, trying different inserts she told me I needed a small shell, with a medium insert. I was a bit sceptical at first, but you have to trust the staff member, as they have been trained for this job by Shoei.
Anyway, I had a small, with a medium head insert plus a few different cheek pad sizes and the helmet fitted like a glove. The Shoei P.F.S is highly recommended to get the best fit and Morgan was awesome in getting the correct sizing for my head, even if it did take a little longer.

The battery on my RE350 Hunter died. As I'd bought it from Sportsbikeshop in March this year, I contacted customer services. I spent at least 20 minutes talking to Ray, who was so helpful, checking that the battery was the correct specification, which took a bit of research. All that resulted in Ray arranging replacement under warranty, with the new battery reserved for me at the Preston Store. While exchanging the batteries, I took the opportunity to buy a battery charger and new riding jacket and trousers. The staff in store were, as always polite and helped me select the kit I needed. Always a pleasure to shop at this store, thank you.

Have never had any issues with sportsbike, never been let down on deliverys, and when visiting Preston sportsbike they are always very polite and helpful. 👍
