Reason for only 3 stars is part of the shoe on the inside digs into my foot and can be very uncomfortable, it's only on the one shoe so it could just be that I got unlucky because putting my hand into them the way the inside is put together slightly different on each shoe and it's that part that digs in. Once worn in it is not as bad but still present.
Only issue I have had with this is the edge of the tongue sometimes digs into the inside of my ankle not really sure why but it is only on my right foot and after moving the tongue and tightening it's fine, other than that they are comfortable and fit well
Great boot, nice fit, comfortable
I love these boots, they are really comfortable. As always I bought one size bigger as I tend to wear thicker socks on the bike. They look good with Kevlar jeans and aren't obviously bike boots when you're walking around once you're off the bike. Beautiful smell of quality leather when you open the box. I'm very happy with these and would recommend them to anyone wanting a pair of casual bike boots.
Bought for our 12 year old daughter who now regularly rides pillion, she tells me that they fit nicely but in all honesty we haven't had to put the waterproof claim to the test yet, but no reason why they shouldn't be. Look like they'll last a while if looked after.
