After more than 14 years in the trade, Steph has picked up a welcome reputation for her knowledge and honesty. She’s an experienced rider who gives talks about kit to advanced motorcyclists, police riders and training schools. She hits the track on her 1998 FireBlade and has started taking her 2022 Honda Africa Twin off-road too. Steph loves talking bikes with customers, especially those just starting out on two wheels.

Been using the Leeds Sportsbikeshop for some time now and they have always been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and they have the friendliest staff of any retail outlet I’ve ever been in.

There are two shops I use for motorcycle gear and this is the top of that list. Value for money, delivery options and availability of gear. Usually shop instore at Leeds, but this week could get there and new sizing would be spot on!.

Top service from Sportsbikeshop as always, first time using their delivery to store service as I work around 15 miles from their Leeds store.

I’ll be using it again later this week for a new helmet.

Excellent Exchange Service. I bought a pair of boots that the stitching failed on. Sportsbikeshop offered an exchange with the minimum of fuss. I was very happy with how it was handled.
Steph in the Leeds branch offered excellent customer service and walked me through the process. Very happy.

Is everything online available in-store?

Our stores have a very good selection of our most popular products, and for everything else you can use our ‘Try on or Buy’ system to have the items shipped to store ready for your arrival. Providing it’s in stock online, it’ll be there next day in-store for you, 7 days a week - no payment required, and we’ll let you know when it lands. It’s that simple!

*Can you fit my intercom for me?

As a helmet specialist, we’re happy to advise on the fitting of an intercom for your new helmet, and we’re also happy to do the fitting for you when timing allows – please just bear with us at peak times as you may need to leave it with us! Alternatively, you can always schedule a drop-off with us so we can ensure we have plenty of time to help. Please note though, that fitting new intercoms to older helmets is not always possible, as there may be compatibility issues that can lead to damage being caused during the fitting process. We also ask that your helmet is thoroughly cleaned prior to us fitting your intercom.

Can I check if an item is in stock before visiting a store?

Yes! Our website will tell you if an item is in stock at a store. To avoid disappointment, you can also send items to any store to ‘Try on or Buy’. Most items, if available at our warehouse, can be delivered to store next day. No payment required!

What payment methods do you accept in store?

Payment can be made by debit/credit card including American Express, and cash. We also offer Klarna finance in all stores. Whilst we accept PayPal on our website PayPal do not currently have an in-store payment method.

I purchased something online; can I return it to a store?

Sure! Provided the product is in original unused condition in line with our returns policy, your online order can be returned to any of our stores.

Can I telephone the store?

Although our stores don’t have their own dedicated phone number, our customer service team will be happy to help on 01205 360099 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Saturday.

Are dogs allowed in-store?

We understand that dogs are a part of many people's lives, and we welcome well-behaved dogs in our stores. We kindly ask though that you keep your furry friend on a leash at all times. Please also be mindful of other customers who may not be comfortable around dogs. If your dog becomes disruptive or we feel it poses a safety concern, we may kindly ask that you take your pet out of the store. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you and your furry companion!

I’m on my bike, can you ship my purchase to my home?

Of course! No charge for orders over £25.

Do you offer custom helmet fitting?

Absolutely! We can switch cheek pads and skull liners to help ensure you get the very best fit. Currently this is available for Arai and Schuberth, as well as Shoei for which we offer the Shoei Personal Fitting System (PFS) at selected stores. If you’d like to book-in a fitting, just contact us to arrange an appointment.
