Not cheap, but is perfect for my needs.

I have been looking for a waterproof hoodie specifically to wear over my Knox armoured shirt (Size L Urbane mk3). I opted to go up a size to XL so there is room to add a thermal layer when needed. The jacket is light and has some stretch built in so it is very comfortable to wear.
One thing to note - The description states the Jacket is rated A - but this can't be correct as there is no armour in the jacket and no provision for it to be fitted. It is purely a shell layer and offers no protection.

SPIDI Hoodie Shell, the outdoor hoodie ready to evolve into a motorcycle protective jacket, thanks to SPIDI proprietary STEP-IN Armour technology.
Hoodie Shell is the elastic jacket that you can wear not only over any SPIDI Soft Shell or Armour including the same technology, but also as a stand alone, or over any other jacket or layer. The fully laminated H2OUT® shell achieves high waterproofness and breathability levels thanks to an high resistance 3-layer polyamide fabric including a membrane that achieves high levels of resistance to condensation, water resistance (10k) and breathability (10k). Pockets and air vents feature YKK® AquaGuard®, the water-repellent zip created by laminating PU on the backside of a coil zip. The neoprene inserts on the collar and cuffs offer great comfort while maintaining water repellency.
Spidi reinvented the three-layer jacket with STEP-IN Armour, a new technology that places the protective layer close to the body. Safe but extremely lightweight, the STEP-IN Armour technology offers riders everything they need - protection, soft-shell and hard-shell - in a single garment.
