Bought this to replace the shockingly thin padding that came with my jacket; very impressed with its quality. I like the man below me also placed this armour through highly stringent and rigorous scientific testing, that is to say, smacking the door frame with my arm. Hardly felt it.

These Isolator 2 protectors are brilliant! Forcefield has always made excellent armour, but it's outdone itself with this Isolator 2 stuff. In my highly scientific hit-yourself-with-a-hammer test, I found the Isolator 2 blunted the pain significantly better than Alpinestars' level 2 armour. In my trauma test, the only armour that blunted the pain better was SAS-TEC Prestige, but it didn't fit in my Alpinestars jacket's elbows.
Also, I find the Isolator 2 protectors are incredibly comfy (moulding cosily around my elbows with body warmth). And they fit my Alpinestars even better than the OE elbow armour. The only downside is the price, but your elbows are worth it.

Good level of protection, sizing was a little bit larger than specified. Had difficulty getting them into my jacket. But still fit in the end
