I have tried many gloves and this is the only pair that doesn't short change the thumb and first finger lengths that leave the tips of both numb/cold. Can I be the only one that suffer this problem on the throttle hand surely not (?). Quality gloves from Held as you'd expect and a good balance of protection and comfort. Unlike some gloves the lower palm protection feels well positioned. The small wrist and larger cuff fasteners cinch up nicely so the glove is snugged onto the hand with the Velcro well positioned. Good ventilation to back of the hand, also the inter-finger leather material is perforated. No worries about stitch discomfort with the stitching to outside of fingers on most seams. As with other Held gloves there isn't too much spare material to ruck-up in the palm being a well shaped glove. Quality glove and don't be put off by the heavy/bulky/stiff sounding title by the OEM it's part goat after all.
Superb performance gloves, every detail has been thought through carefully and implemented with finesse. Many performance gloves have the cuff enclosures too long and too large whereas this wraps around perfectly and is a perfect length, not too long or short. The impact protector on the cuff has lovely cushioning and is very useful as pull tab which you need to have as performance gloves tend to be hard to put on. The pinky finger and it's side has a very reassuring stiffness and looks like it will do well in a slide yet the gloves feel very tactile. I purchased the short finger for a more tighter fit so needed to adjust the levers on my bike so that I don't too much strain on the fingers when operating them. Every detail in the gloves accomplish it's function flawlessly and the balance between protection and feel it achieves is beautiful. Highly recommended.
Bought the gloves on colour and design. Had 12 months previously bought a Held jacket and loved the quality of the product so with the gloves it was entirely on appearance only, knowing quality was never going to be an issue.
Size chart says I'm a medium but ordered large. Almost perfect fit, a little long on right pinky. Very soft and comfy. Roll on summer.
Feels & Looks like a well made product.
Not so sure about knuckle protectors on back - they look rather large feel a little restrictive. maybe the price to pay for added protection. Hopefully i'll never find out.
My experience with "Held" brand has been good. They offer decent quality at sensible prices
