I’ve recently got back into biking again, and the Southampton shop is just another level experience wise. So much stock to try on and if you can’t find what you want it’s available to order online or in shop for delivery to your home. Returns policy is just unrivalled. Excellent……

I had an issue with a new helmet that wasn't a straight forward run of the mill problem. I cannot praise SportsBikeShop Southampton highly enough for the excellent level of service.

I also work in retail and fully understand what good customer service requires but in this case the company, the team and in particularly Stuart Milne, the manager, have all gone above and beyond anything l could have wished for.

I highly recommend the team. Well done to all and thank you for your dedication to outstanding customer service.

Went to Southampton store with my Daughter to get kitted out for first bike
The store was well laid out on two floors with a good range of stock there was plenty of roomy changing areas which were clean Also a toilet there was a metal bike frame to sit on to test fit of kit on
Staff were knowledgeable and not to pushy to sell an item
Had a new (not demo) Helmet I choose sent to me and delivery was next day One issue was DPD saying I was out when I spent all day in waiting
Overall experiance Excellent

My husband & I have ordered items which were very promptly delivered by DPD & thank goodness you don’t use Evri! We also visited the Southampton branch to purchase items & for a try & buy. When we walked into the Southampton branch we were immediately greeted & all three of the staff who served us afterwards could not have been any better, so credit to their manager, Stuart Milne.
I did have to return one item from my home delivery due to me buying 2 different sizes & when I phoned the Head Office to arrange for a return, again the service was excellent.
Everything was absolutely marvellous 🤩 thank you all so much.
