I'm sure these have been made back to front, the hip protectors fold away from the hip, the poppers do up around the back making it extremely difficult to do up (I'm quite fit and flexible) but the knee protection is definitely at the front, whoever designed these has never worn them, however, they are waterproof

Great commuting solution

Great fitting and easy to take on and off without needing to remove boots. Easily work over jeans or chinos etc
I especially like the option of 36" inside leg (being 6' 2")
Shame that the hip armour is sold as an optional extra rather than being included.

Long fit at last!

What a great fitting pair of overtrousers for a tall man. I'm typically a 34 or 36 inch waist in jeans, 36 inch leg, and these XL Long overtrousers fit really well. Side zip per leg makes access easy at roadside, removable knee protectors too so these trousers can be used over ordinary as well as armoured jeans. I tried the size L but they were too tight in the waist, and I'm a slim man, so watch the waist size and if in doubt size up one.

There's zippers on each zip on each outside leg, so can open them right up to step onto. Being right handed I undo bith from tje bottom and from the top on right hand side. This works but you have to twist to zip up and botton right hip. This is a slight negative as slightly awkward but ok (rather than conventional zip at front too). However, I guess this reduces cost!
Also only level 1 knee protectors and no hip (which i bought separately) they do however cover a large area well, super thin amd comfortable!
Well styled, quality, rev'it expect nothing less.
It's hard to get a well fitting pair of motocycle jeans, which are always a compromise but have their place. But so are are good pair of over trousers with good all round protection and can step ont of with boots on and throw in bag/topbox.
Overall, well pleased with these!
Loads if great brands out there (on here) but hard not to love rev'it.

Side fastening requires an element of nimbleness, long leg zips make entry/exit easy Used in the heaviest rain and remained dry. Great product.
Unfortunately due to new excessive selective postage charge will no longer be dealing with Sportsbikeshop

The Axis 2 H2O motorcycle over trousers were designed to meet the needs of the daily commuter. Rev'it wanted to make sure that riders could get from home to work and back again dry and safe. These motorcycle over trousers are designed to be put on quickly over jeans or chinos at a moments' notice when it suddenly starts to rain, without having to take your boots off. By adding a long two-way zip on the outside, these motorcycle over trousers can be fully opened for easy entry. The outer shell is constructed of a strong polyester 600D fabric with SEESMART CE-level 1 protectors at the knees, which are height adjustable. The knee area also has incorporated darts sewn in to give it a pre-shaped silhouette, that in-turn, delivers extra comfort while riding. For added protection, you'll find pockets on the hips which are prepared for optional SEESMART CE-level 1 hip protectors.
The Axis 2 H2O motorcycle over trousers have a regular fit yet can be adjusted at the waist and ankle for a more personal fit. Making sure the cold and wet stay out, there is a wind and water catcher behind the entrance zip, and the motorcycle pants have belt loops which you can use to add Rev'it's Safeway belt to attach them to your motorcycle jacket. There is a laminated reflective rain wear print on the calves that will give you extra visibility. Don't compromise on safety and comfort on your daily commute, and stay fully protected and dry with the Axis 2 H2O motorcycle over trousers.
