Nolan Helmets

The most comfortable helmet I ever had.

My first premium Nolan. Good value on the Sportsbikeshop offer. I was actually looking for the red and black version but very happy with this colour combination. Only £10 more than the plain white one. It is quiet, at least compared to my previous helmet and all day comfortable from the start. It doesn't feel heavy. The only negative is the fiddly flip front catch but I'm sure I'll get used to that in time.

First, what great service my SBS. Was looking at this helmet for ages and randomly found it elsewhere for much less. SBS matched the price so it was a no-brainer. Sunvisor is great, pre-installed pinlock, added safety features. Noise is a tiny bit more than my HJC but would recommend.

As my second purchase of the N70-2 X I knew what I was in for. I'm not aware of any other helmet on the market that is this configurable; open face without peak for on the scooter, or full config for adventure riding.
Great integration with the N-COM headset (though these aren't the cheapest) and very comfortable. I think they may have improved the padding on the newer model, as it feels quieter.

Had an N87 for about 6-7 years. I like Nolan's as they fit my head well. Didn't look at any others, went straight to the N80-8, same size, fit exactly as before. Easy choice. Still getting used to the internal visor lowering lever (didn't have that before), do wonder if the mechanism will last?
The very small one-click-up clear visor position is difficult to find, pretty useless and the next click up is a bit high for me. Maybe a 'click' in-between would be better.
Full marks to SBS in all aspects. Price was good for this product
